||
| Good Points: It was clean and bright with a nice restaurant and bar attached. | |||
| Bad Points: The room was over the entrance and was kept awake till 3am with the constant noise of the door shutting | |||
| Further Comments: If we had been warned of the position of theroom and the probable noise we would have used another hotel. | |||

| Good Points: Comfortable | |||
| Bad Points: Room rather small. Shower gel dispenser difficult to use and meagre. Limited TV programmes available | |||
| Further Comments: I found the accommodation and facilities basic but comfortable on the whole and adequate for the price. Food good but inconvenient not to be able to charge meals to my room. I rather resented having to pay for my stay up front - what if I had been thoroughly dissatisfied? | |||

| Further Comments: The hotel is tucked away and its frontage on the river was a reason for booking with you. The poor pedestrian access spoils it. The lack of a through footpath to the town along the river misses a great opportunity. We only had one meal in the restaurant (first evening) as we thought the quality did not match the price. | |||

||
| Good Points: It was really comfortable and we liked the big bed and the tasteful decor | |||
| Further Comments: We have sayed in travel inns in the past and this is he best we have been toin every way,it was warm comfortable and with elegant furnishings. The location was perfect for us as we travelled by train, snd it was apleasant walk to the city centre For once we were satisfied with the food available , having had some very poor food at other lodges | |||

||
| Good Points: Very spacious and clean room. | |||
| Bad Points: Very noisy, close to nightlife spots, and apparently where the boy racers like to drive their cars around all night! | |||
| Further Comments: No record of booking, good job I had a copy of the booking reference! Had to book me in as a walk in, what if the hotel had been full! | |||

||
| Good Points: staff were very attentive and quick to resolve problems | |||
| Bad Points: very noisey saturday night, all night. had to get front desk to quieten other guests at 4 in the morning (which they did +) | |||
| Further Comments: On arrival were given a riverside room which hadn't been cleaned. Staff immediately allocated another room which overlooked the car park - doh! Restaurant was first class, breakfast to die for. Evening meal very good value and excellently presented. | |||

||
| Good Points: Location - both to city/nightlife/shopping & transport | |||
| Bad Points: The wing we were in was obviously an old smoking section. The bathroom fan did not work very well and you weren't supposed to open the door incase the steam set off the fire alarm. The hair dryer wasn't very strong & was fixed to the wall in front of a v. small mirror beside which one of the 2 mirror lights didn't work. We booked a twin room expecting 2 beds (either single or double) when we checked in only a double was made up and we had to get someone to make another bed up. | |||
| Further Comments: Good hotel, nice staff, clean and well presented. It's in a great location and I would definitely stay there again. | |||

| Good Points: The accomodation was excellent. | |||
| Further Comments: The hotel was very clean and well laid out. The bar and resturant were very nice, modern, clean and no signs of smoking. The staff on reception and in the bar/restaurant were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is very well situated for the city, approximately 10 minutes walk to the centre. | |||

||
| Good Points: Clean, functional, no-nonsense. Just what I needed. | |||
| Bad Points: No mini-bar but it wasn't really an issue. | |||
| Further Comments: I had a bit of difficulty finding the hotel but that was because I was new to the Norwich one-way system. Staff were friendly, no issues with accommodation. All good! | |||
