Good Points: Friendly helpful staff
Bad Points: My wife and I being woke up at 4am by rowdy guests in the room adjacent including them knocking on our room door in error, and being un-able to do anything about it for worry of causing a fracas, having an 18 month toddler in the room asleep meant we were un-able to call reception to ask the guests to quieten down!
Further Comments: The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially the receptionists, they did everything they could to assist and put our minds at rest. They arranged a cot in our room and assisted us with parking arrangements, the stay would have been excellent but for the late night disturbance, although I accept this was not a direct fault of the Hotel's.

Further Comments: I would have liked more information on how to get there using the underground and over rail link so as to save taxi money on arrival.

Good Points: The room was clean and bright
Further Comments: The hotel was good and clean, however the food in the restaurant was disgusting the first course arrived after 30 mins and was burnt. The second course arrived after one hour and was uneatable, as we couldn't even cut into the chicken. The restaurant staff were very apologetic and tried to persuade us to try other meal, as we had already waited for 1 hour, we decided not to eat at all.

Bad Points: very limited car parking/ felt we could not move the car as we would loose the space

Good Points: Very clean and spacious
Bad Points: BBC News channel did not work for my stay, also no shower gel in the bathroom when I arrived so it obviously had not been checked.
Further Comments: I enjoyed my stay here. The only main concern I have about this hotel is the lack of parking spaces. I was told that if I tok my car out of the car park after 7pm I would not be able to get a space when I came back and as I was going to the Graduate Fashion show which did not finish until 11.30pm it was a good thing that I could walk there but even so I had to park my car with others behind it that were leaving the hotal before I was in the morning.

Good Points: It was very central to the football stadium which was the reason for our stay, the play-offs were on.
Further Comments: The parking was very restricted as it was the play-offs so there were many people staying at the hotel for the match. It suggests parking is available but it was very limited. Saying that though there was a good reason for this. Staff were friendly and helful. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our staff and would recommend this hotel.
