| Good Points:
Very modern, comfortable and well equipped apartment. |
| Further Comments: Normally we choose to stay in an hotel. This is the first time we have chosen an apartment and have been very pleased with the space and freedom that this has given to us. Knowing the car was safely parked in a secure area also gave us peace of mind. Although we did not fully use the well equipped kitchen in our short stay the facility of having a fridge/freezer was very useful.
We certainly would consider this type of accommodation in the future. |

A very modern flat with plenty of space and nicely decorated. |

Unable to access Sky TV - would have taken our own card if we had known. |
| Further Comments: Little misleading about leisure facilities were not within the flats where we were located, more information would have been helpful. A map of the area to enable us to get our bearings, as we were a little out on a limb ie with locating restaurants etc. Although flat was excellent, if we were staying longer than a weekend, would have liked more cooking dishes and information about where we could shop for supplies. |

excellent appartment with good facilities. very clean and tidy with all furnishings and linen etc to a very high standard. concierge very helpful |
| Bad Points:
could have done with a street map of the area within the info pack in the appartment, although the concierge was able to assist with directions. |

| Further Comments: We had a fabulous time in great surroundings and the fact that the apartment was so well fitted out and luxurious just added to the enjoyment of our stay, would definately recommend and will be using you again when we are next in Cardiff, many thanks |
