Good Points: The standard of accomadation was excellent, the service we receive by all members of staff was very good. The family room was a very good size catering for 2 adults and a child. The leisure facilities were very clean and not over crowded at any time during the stay; even though the hotel was fully booked.
Further Comments: The quality of this hotel made our family stay very enjoyable. After a long journey it was a big relief to stay somewhere so welcoming. The evening meal was superb, and the waiters (Jason & Gavin) provided an excellent service throughout the meal.

Good Points: Pleasant room, and clean. Good to have a chouce of pillows. Good selection of breakfast foods.
Bad Points: Very busy at breakfast - had to reject a number of plates because they weren't clean, we think due to the numbers, but still rather offputting. Stuffy at night.

Further Comments: Wegweiser von der Straￃﾟe aus sollten deutlicher zum Hotel fￃﾼhren, besonders, wenn man von der anderen, falschen Seite die Einfahrt zu finden sucht.

Further Comments: Wegweiser von der Straￃﾟe aus sollten deutlicher zum Hotel fￃﾼhren, besonders, wenn man von der anderen, falschen Seite die Einfahrt zu finden sucht.

Good Points: It was very welcoming and clean, had everything we needed.
Further Comments: The hotel was lovely and clean, the rooms well equipped with everything you needed and if you were short of anything then the staff were happy to see to it straight away. The restaurant was excellent and although we only had breakfast, there was such a wide choice that everyone was happy. Staff were excellent. Only slight hiccup for me was on booking on-line I was unable to show how many children I had travelling with me, so therefore the room was only prepared for myself, but staff quickly sorted me out with the extra bedding and towels that were needed. Looking forward to my next stay in one of your hotels.

Good Points: Room was very clean with a good shower.
Bad Points: Not the best looking Hotel in the world.
Further Comments: Good clean modern hotel. Restaurant/dining areas were very well run given the high turnover of guests. Up to a good general standard for a large out of town hotel.

Good Points: clean , comfortable room
Bad Points: chair in bedroom for use with the dressing table is too big and you have to climb into chair to be able to sit on it as there is no room between chair and end of bed

Further Comments: Important staff advise they are pre charging or pre confirming extras to the bill BEFORE it is taken, especially when staff do NOT advise afterwards!

Good Points: The hotel was eaily accessible, clean and although in the process of being updated this did not interfere with our stay
Bad Points: We had a family room and felt that this was somewhat small to accomodate a family of three
Further Comments: Our stay at the hotel was most enjoyable, Whilst the meals were good the choice for vegetarians was poor. The rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable and staff very polite, friendly and helpful (especially as I was on crutches - staff in the leisure pool supplied me with chair, stool and ice packs for my leg without needing to be prompted.
