| Bad Points: Faults in plumbing system caused water hammer each time someone used the system. |
| Further Comments: A very nice hotel, with good food and a friendly staff. We did notice, however, that restaurant service was poor as the evening wore on. Some guests were required to wait close on an hour for their meal. |

| Further Comments: Excellent stay apart from our experience of a problem re drinks/bar system - someone else had been allowed to put ￂﾣ28 worth of drinks against our room number. As guests were issued with a room identity card to show when ordering drinks at the bar this should not have happened. Thankfully the receptionist who checked us out listened well to our protest and deducted the amount from our bill. This was a slight glitch on what was an enjoyable overnight stay. Excellent food - superb hotel |

| Good Points: Very acceptable with everything that we required was available. The staff were most helpful and always cheerful. First Class service. |

| Further Comments: Friendly, informative staff, wonderful meal in the restaurant in the evening. Only one downside, had to find a night manager to give us our room key on returning to the hotel at 11.30pm this took a wee while and a queue was begining to build up. Would have no hesitation coming back to stay. |

A refurbishment of the carpets on the ground floor & stairs is sorely needed |
| Further Comments: A good quality hotel with staff who endeavoured to please guests.
The location of the hotel and the grounds in which it stands are a good feature which guests would enjoy.
The information on the website regards the hotel is all embracing and accurate. |

| Good Points: Rooms were spacious and bright. Food was excellent. |
| Further Comments: This Hotel is on the outskirts of Perth but not too far out of town about a 10 minute drive. They have a stream which runs through the garden and the friendliest ducks who like to wander round hoping you have food for them. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant has a beautiful decor.
Wish I knew how nice this Hotel was before, I wouldn't hesitate in using them again or recommending them to my friends and family. |
