Good Points: It reached expectations of the website.
Further Comments: Very comfortable stay with excellent leisure facilities. The food was also of a high standard with an extensive breakfast selection

Good Points: Clean and that it had a swimming pool
Bad Points: I thought it was a little expensive for what it was
Further Comments: The only thing that I didn't like was the price and that there was not a remote control for the television!

Good Points: Clean, well located, spacious hotel. Good size room with all the expected facilities of a modern chain hotel. Very helpful staff for the event attended on Monday.
Bad Points: Nothing much to dislike about it. A little far out of Taunton centre for leisure visitors, which I was not.
Further Comments: Nothing much to add. Spacious, modern hotel with good facilities and helpful, friendly staff.

Good Points: Good service, lovely swimming pool, attractive clean room
Further Comments: Staff were helpful & efficient, interior & room all attractive & clean, friendly atmosphere, lovely swimming pool. Next would like to book beauty treatment in advance & bring kit for gym. Info was probably on the website but booked in haste! Overall a great experience.
