Good Points: It was quiet,no kids.Good breakfast.large rooms.
Bad Points: shower was a bit weak.
Further Comments: A good weekend.Staff were very pleasant & accomodating.Room was large & clean.En suite was good-shower was weak but adaquate.approx -15 mins casual walk to Princes St but plenty buses at street end.

Further Comments: My stay at the Beresford was very pleasant, good sized clean rooms, friendly staff and a good central location.

Good Points: It was a large room and was well furnished.
Further Comments: The hotel staff are very friendly and the accommodation is very clean and comfortable. For the price I paid in such close proximity to Edinburgh City Centre I was very impressed. The breakfast was very nice. All in all an excellent budget hotel.

Good Points: Clean & everything worked
Bad Points: 10.00am check out.
Further Comments: Good location just a couple of minutes walk from the station. Very welcoming & friendly staff. The room was clean & all the facilities worked as they should. Would certainly stay again although I would try to find somewhere with a later check out time first.

Good Points: quiet and friendly. staff and other guest were very polite
Bad Points: nearly walked into the cupboard when first entering the room as it is very close to the door
Further Comments: everyone was friendly and the hotel is literaly right around the corner from the train station. its a good location and a nice wee place to stay. also breakfast in the morning it fantastic.

Good Points: It was easy to find. Very clean, and the staff very helpful
Bad Points: The bed was too small (husband 6'6 tall) and it was on the top floor 50steps, and it was a tiny room.
Further Comments: Overall it was a very pleasant stay in clean accomodation, and excellant breakfast. Next time I will need to ask where the room is situated and what size the bed is!

Good Points: The friendliness of the staff and the easy-going atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Further Comments: I had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and ready to help with any enquiries. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location within easy walking distance of the centre of Edinburgh and very near to Haymarket station. I would have no hesitation in booking to stay at the hotel in the future.

Good Points: was excellent location at the Haymarket end of Princes St. Very good value for central Edinburgh as I usually pay about ￂﾣ70 for not much better room or facilities. Room and bathroom was excellent size.
Bad Points: They are upgrading the hotel which was obvious and the owner did apologise about this but it didnt cause me any inconvenience to be fair. residents parking in street outside so no chance of parking. However parked overnight in NCP for ￂﾣ6 but would be a problem for a long stay. However I often dont take my car and would get off the train at Haymarket and it would be ideal.
Further Comments: My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable and the breakfast was lovely. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and I will definitely stay there in the future on my regular trips to Edinburgh
