Bad Points: It was over priced. We had no toilet paper in the room. there was no information in the room and we nearly missed breakfast on the first day because of this.Parking facilities were very poor.

Good Points: Comfortable and pleasant. I enjoyed the pub dinners.
Bad Points: I found it a bit cold at night.
Further Comments: The accomodation is small but comfortable. It was nice to have a kettle and tea in the room.

Further Comments: Not good value for money... Very small cupboard sized room telly only had two channels and poor reception. 3 flights of stairs and I have a muscle diease for ￃﾂￂﾣ95 I would have expected more.

Further Comments: It makes no sense to have good wifi system in the hotel, if the rooms have no office table, with a chair, where you can stay working. You can place yourself at the floor or in the bed working a laptop.

Good Points: The room was comfortable, clean and tidy aiding a good night's sleep
Further Comments: The hotel was very comfortable and a good location for my meeting. The breakfast was exceptionally good. I will certainly use this hotel again.

Good Points: the room was beautifully furnished
Bad Points: not sure if there was a hairdryer or anywhere you could see a mirror to dry hair
Further Comments: The accomodation was lovely in an old pub, and the style and atmosphere of the pub was lovely, we collected my son and his girlfreind who live nearby and took them back for dinner the only complaint of the whole stay would be a very limited menu with 2 starters already gone at 8p.m and only one steak left. This was dissapointing but the breakfast next morning was excellent.

Good Points: Room lovely size and very clean.
Further Comments: Food in the pub on an evening was very tasty and worth the money. Very quiet and ideally situated for Hampton Court Palace, also only 1/2 an hour into London on the train.

Good Points: Smaller hotel, plenty of character, bar, reasonable menu (but not wonderful)
Bad Points: Lack of attention to detail, more thought went into trendy design rather than practicalities. For example, I had to remove shelf in wardrobe to be able to hang up suit. There was an iron, but no ironing board. No proper place to put a suitcase (had to put it onto a fairly useless chair. Fancy modern TV with Freeview box didn't work properly at all (I suspect reception was poor) and it was far too complicated with no proper instructions.
Further Comments: I suggest the Manager stays in the hotel as a guest for B&B as if on business (and, again, as if on holiday) to understand the total customer experience. As long as it was a genuine stay by an honest and open-minded person, then I am sure changes would happen quickly. It could be a great small hotel. Price was up at the highest levels of its competitors in the area (within 5 miles), but the value wasn't good. The management should lower prices by 1/3rd until teething problems can be ironed out. I stay at most of the competing hotels in this price range and this would be the hotel of last resort at the moment.

Further Comments: As expected in an old building, the quirkiness of the place lends it a certain charm that I like. The food, both choice and delivery , was very good as were the staff.

Good Points: Room was very comfortable, except for the fact that the 'antique style' bed had a foot board, which is usually a disaster for over - foot tall me!
Bad Points: The bed and traffic noise.
Further Comments: Staff were excellent, efficient and helpful. Place spotlessly clean, breakfast was excellent, dinner very mediocre. Fortunately there are many good restaurants a short walk across the river in East Molesey. If it was not for the bed having a foot board I would not hesitate to return, but I would eat elsewhere locally for dinner.

Good Points: Good location (especially for Hampton Court Palace). We were attending an event in Twickenham and public transport was easy to find.
Bad Points: Our room was on the road side of the hotel so very noisy.
Further Comments: The hotel was fine and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Excellent breakfast. However, the price charged is too high for a room of this standard with no extra facilities.

Good Points: Die altenglische Austattung und Atmosphￃﾤre des Hotels
Bad Points: Der Empfangsbereich, der vom Aufenthaltsbereich getrennt sein sollte(trotz Denkmalschutz mit kleinem Umbauaufwand ohne weiteres mￃﾶglich!)
Further Comments: Altenglicher geht es fast nicht mehr: direkt neben dem berￃﾼhmten Lￃﾶwentor des ebenso berￃﾼhmten Schlosses Heinrich VIII einquartiert, wￃﾤhnt man sich auch drinnen im Kings Arms in frￃﾼhere Jahrhunderte versetzt. Dies gilt im ￃﾼbrigen auch fￃﾼr das eigenhￃﾤndige Schleppen der Koffer auf die Zimmeretage, fￃﾼr das es krￃﾤftige Arme braucht (das Hotelpersonal war gerade an der Pub-Theke beschￃﾤftigt!). Einziger wirklich negativer Punkt: Die Zimmer sind alle auf Seite Hauptstrasse gelegen, Ohrenstￃﾶpsel sind deshalb unabdingbar!

Bad Points: The lack of cider on pump! Lack of parking facilities.
Further Comments: We would have liked to be informed on parking facilities before arriving at the hotel. They should have more literature on local history and forthcoming events for guests to read about. They should have more information available about public transport. They should have a drink and food menu available in each room. We found the staff very friendly, although when checking out we had to hand our keys over to the cleaner!

Good Points: The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
Bad Points: The room was rather small, someone had run off with one of the TV remote controls and the bed was rather hard.
Further Comments: Pleasant staff, good food and, overall, an enjoyable experience. Parking is not easy but I was helped by the staff to obtain a parking place. Although next to the road, traffic noise was not a problem.
