Good Points: Clean,friendly, and extremely well placed for tourism and business. The room was basic but comfortable with all the facilities one would expect.
Further Comments: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. As a lone female traveller, I felt secure and was well looked after. The accommodation was basic - conference style, but I did book on a budget deal. I will stay here again when visiting Swindon to use the National Monuments Record again. The restaurant was well-priced and the food very good.

Good Points: The rooms are clean, the Japanese restaurant is excellent. Great value for money.
Bad Points: Outdated bathrooms and no fitness area.

Good Points: NIce and clean. The free wi-fi was a huge plus as well. Checked-in late so had to use room service but to my suprise food was very tasty and portion sizes were good.
Bad Points: No complaints!

Bad Points: Hot water was very hot, there was a warning notice, but boy, it was hot. Internet Connection was there, but signal strength was weak, not allowing my laptop to connect adequately.
Further Comments: Was disappointed that AMEX was not taken, it was explained before, but it is a major card. I understand the situation may be rectified.
