Good Points: good facilities in both rooms and cleanliness
Bad Points: lack of information on the outside of the building to let taxis now where we were staying
Further Comments: We had a very enjoyable stay with good accommodation. Our taxi had difficulty find the accommodation on arrival and departure due to the instructions on the web site and the lack of information on the outside of the building.

Good Points: Location, decor and cleanliness
Further Comments: Hotel was located on the quayside and was approx a 10 min walk to the main quayside area with bars and restaurants. It was about a 20 minute walk into town, so was best to get a taxi which cost approx ￂﾣ5. All the staff were very friendly and the room was clean, speacious and modern.

Good Points: High level of furnishing, decor and equipment. Secure parking. View from balcony of the Tyne river and bridges.
Bad Points: In the first room there was a lot of noise and fumes from the plant hire yard.
Further Comments: We initially booked four nights in a single bedroom apartment, they all appear to be on the Walker Road side of the property. The standard of the apartment was very high but the one we had was at the furthest end of the building and next to the plant hire yard, so at 7.30 on a weekday it was quite a lot of noise and if the kitchen window was open fumes would come in. We asked if there was any chance of a move, we were offered a two bedroom apartment at the front of the building. This was much better, a lot quieter with the supurb view. We really enjoyed the rest of our stay. I would recommend the apartments overall and for one or two nights we could have put up with the first one, for a longer stay I would say go for a two bed one at the front.

Good Points: modern and clean with nice mod cons
Further Comments: The only thing I would say is that it was very difficult to find. We spent an hour looking for it. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay and would definately return.
