Good Points: Excellent service. Staff always greet with a smile. Nice large, clean room.Easy, free, internet access in hotel room.
Bad Points: Shower could have been more powerful. Room could have done with a fan / air conditioning.
Further Comments: A fantastic hotel in a great location. Stunning views. I was not disappointed. Very friendly staff. Food excellent. I stay in a lot of hotels and can say that this is one of the very best and very reasonable. I would recommend for both business & leisure. I travel a lot to Wales and will have no hesitation in staying there again.

Good Points: The accommodation was clean and beautifully presented.
Bad Points: I was given a room at the back of the hotel, above the kitchens. This was a source of noise from staff, radio etc. For the cost of the room I found the level of noise excessive. I did not complain as it seemed unfair to ask the staff to be quiet.
Further Comments: The hotel is a good hotel. The staff are polite, helpful and very courteous. The accommodation is expensive - value for money if you have the view - not value for money if you have a room at the back of the hotel. Room 22 is a noisy room as it is above the kitchen area and thus the noise from the staff travels. The corridor to the room smelt excessively damp - which was disappointing. The facilities in the room were excellent - the bed comfortable, spacious and clean. The tea and coffee facilities reasonable - it would have been nice to have the option of mug or cup and saucer. The bathroom excellent. The cleanliness of the room excellent.

Good Points: Stunning scenery, a great view from the room. Staff are great and very professional. A great Hotel on top of a hill.
Further Comments: A thoroughly enjoyable stay, a stone's throw from Crickhowell and a short drive over to major towns and cities. The view from the room was breathtaking. The staff are very friendly, delivering high quality customer care. Overall very spacious and very comfortable. A delightful Hotel...

Good Points: THE ROOM, WAS SUPER AND THE ACCOMODATION VERY GOOD.
Bad Points: WE HAD AN EARLY START, SO MISSED OUT ON BREAKFAST
Further Comments: VERY GOOD, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ONLY OVERNIGHT. I HAVE RE-BOOKED FOR THE 6TH AND 7TH OF APRIL. I HOPE THAT I WILL BE LOOKED AFTER BOTH ON PRICE AND ACCOMODATION. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL TO OTHERS.
