Good Points: Lovely old inn with plenty of character and very friendly atmosphere. The staff couldn't do more to make it a pleasant visit.
Bad Points: I would have preferred fresh milk (rather than UHT) with the tea/coffee making equipment.
Further Comments: The hotel was perfect for our needs and there is nothing that disappointed us about our stay. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was the private party holding a disco beneath our accommodations - but that stopped by midnight, so it was fine.

Bad Points: Dowdy bedroom decor/furniture and facilities could be improved.

Good Points: Staff were very professional. Food was excellent.
Bad Points: Room was cold to start with, but another heater was available which solved this problem.
Further Comments: This hotel was excellent value at the discounted rate and the food in the restaurant was superb.

Good Points: the village location and the free car parking facilities
Bad Points: not very warm in the room, bathroom could have been warmer and decor could have been more up to date.
