Bad Points: the little bathroom was pretty cold, but that's the only little thing.

Further Comments: We booked the suite although there was only the two of us hoping that decent armchairs would be provided for sitting in the evening. The chairs provided were just about adequate but hardly cormfortable, and only two were provided but there were four beds in the suite. The location was very good but I was aware of this having worked close to the hotel some fifty years ago. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and the service good.

Good Points: Pleasant, but unobtrusive owners. Excellent location for NEC. Room very clean and in good decorative order.
Further Comments: Generous continental breakfast served in room. Well stocked mini bar with an honesty payement system which meant that there was no bill to settle personally if you wished to leave early morning. No bath in room though adequate shower. Overall great accommodation. Would definately stay again.
