Good Points: unusual room. very central

Good Points: very clean helpful staff
Bad Points: room very dark and a bit tacky floor where sloping so much had to put a pillow under the materess so not to fall out of bed as the floor where sloping so much.Also neighbours very very noisy 4am.
Further Comments: good location and very clean overprice for what it is. No iron or hair dryier or wine glasses.plenty of good hotels a few yards away that had rooms and they where a lot cheaper, alright for a bit of fun, nice view

Bad Points: Sharing breakfast with a couple that had a small, crying baby.
Further Comments: One of the few places in Brighton where you can actually book a Saturday night only! Breakfast good.

Bad Points: From the internet I was expecting a four star hotel. I found the establishment an over-rated B&B.
Further Comments: Not at all what I was expecting. For the price of the accommodation I found the place to be very expensive - even by British standards.

Further Comments: Next time I would remember to bring eye mask and ear plugs. Also I would not drive because there is nowhere to park. Lovely girls running the place courteous and efficient.

Good Points: Very quirky, original, which gave the feeling of uniqueness
Further Comments: This hotel is more of a 'boutique' B&B. The staff are fantastic, very helpful, nothing was too much, which made the stay even better.

Good Points: Our accommodation was very unique, it had themed rooms and we were in the Colonial Suite. The room was very pleasing to the eye, they had done their homework very well, the room was extremely comfortable with a sea view and the bathroom was very modern.
Further Comments: The Hotel is in an ideal location to all ammenities. Staff greeted us upon arrival and showed us to our room. The room was a very pleasant surprise, spacious and had a seating area. How lovely to sit in the big bay window with a cup of tea, looking at the sea. The bathroom was very nice, modern, clean and had everything you would need. Breakfast was served in the basement area, with unique decor. A wide range of food was on offer, something to suit everybody.

Good Points: rooms unique and staff very friendly. will definately return and recommend.
Bad Points: nothing it was perfect in every way.
Further Comments: Ideal location for beach shopping and evening entertainment. Rooms amazing. Staff were very helpful and answered all questions and more even printed directions for places we wanted to visit. Can not think of a bad word to say . look forward to visiting again.
