Good Points: The room was recently refurbished I think?very nicely decorated,facilities good.
Bad Points: Only down side was the double bed was really too small,my husband & I are nearly 6ft so it was not really that comfortable ,room on the small side.

Good Points: Central location,on site parking.friendly and helpful staff,good food.
Bad Points: lack of choice of beer in bar,room a little hot.
Further Comments: We only stayed for 2 nights but we had a very good time.Hotel is very central to Cardiff and is a good base for all your needs,it was nice just to park the car and relax and know it was safe.The only down thing was the temp of the room,all in all we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good Points: Central to the centre of Cardiff and Millenium Stadium
Bad Points: Poor quality staff, badly stocked bar, poor quality food especially room service.

Further Comments: Good central location. Not noisy considering in centre of city, next to stadium and hotel was full when we stayed. Rooms small but well equipped and clean. Staff friendly.

Good Points: Good position for the town, castle and stadium and it was fairly quite considering this.
Bad Points: Room was extremely hot as sun on it all day. Only one window opened a couple of inches. Air Con is not room specific so couldn't lower temperature.
Further Comments: I rang to say we'd be needing a room before 2pm as venue opening at 1pm and we would arrive about 12. This was noted on our booking but we still had to wait until 2.30pm to get into the room. Very good selection for breakfast and you can check out at the table rather than queue at reception.

Bad Points: The cost!
Further Comments: The hotel was just what we wanted for an overnight stay. We were impressed by the quality of the accommodation and the staff - and thought that the breakfast could not be faulted. However, we would find it expensive if staying for longer and would opt for somewhere more reasonable.
