Good Points: Clean, comfortable and in a good location for our purposes.

Bad Points: Toilet did not flush properly
Further Comments: Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel location good. Breakfast was very nice. Just the problem with the toilet!

Further Comments: Very pleasant stay hotel staff execelant some of the best i have come accross. Shame about buiilders drilling outside window late afternoon and next morning i do understand repair work has to be carried out at some time. Would stay again

Good Points: Bed were comfortable, hotel was clean and hotel staff were very polite and friendly.
Bad Points: Room temperature was too hot even after trying to adjust the temperature with the room temperature control.

Bad Points: 1. The room was small for the price 2. The car park had no control over whether it was just hotel guests staying
Further Comments: Hotel is convenient for city centre and Millenium Stadium. Service was effecient and friendly. The inclusive breakfast was of good quality, quantity and variety. With only 1/2 the car park spaces for the number of rooms, the hotel could benefit from placing more control as to who could get into the car-park. But this maybe a consequence of the improvement works going on.
