Good Points: The room was a reasonable size for its cost, and overlooked a pretty, quiet garden.
Bad Points: The bathroom was a little grubby around the edges
Further Comments: The overall impression of the this hotel is good. It is easy to find, has a large car park, very nice gardens and good bar and lounge facilities. The food was good and the wine list offered a wide choice at reasonable prices. Service was excellent.

Good Points: The location plus the availability of an indoor swimming-pool ensured a restful stay and the opportunity to take mild exercise.
Bad Points: The fact that the furnishings need attention:drapes in bedroom required re-hanging and the guttering outside of bedroom was in urgent need of repair.
Further Comments: Overall, our stay was made well-worthwhile due to the first-rate cuisine, the courtesy of staff and the location of the hotel near to major trunk-roads so ensuring ease of access. Prior to booking it would have been beneficial to view available rooms so allowing greater variety of choice.

Good Points: Comfortable and clean
Bad Points: Unfortunately there was a problem with the shower but we did receive an adequate apology for the lack of this facility.
Further Comments: Comfortable, clean accomodation along with friendly staff what more could you want.

Bad Points: unfortunately due to heavy bookings we had a smoking room & consequently spent all the time we were in the room with the window open - luckily weather was excellent
Further Comments: Staff on duty excellent - friendly & helpful when I asked for directions and appologetic they couldn't change the room for a non smoker. breakfast was good by the way

Good Points: Good accommodation with helpful staff
Bad Points: Slightly odd temperature controls for shower. Had to call maintenance to explain the method of use
Further Comments: We are a mature (65 plus) couple one of whom has a mobility problem. Since there is no lift our first allocated room was difficult for my wife stairs/steps/fire doors etc. However when asked,the receptionist speedily and willingly found us a ground floor room. Moral of the story; When booking here if mobility is an issue then ask for ground floor. Everything else was very good particularly the dinner menu in the restaurant.

Good Points: Close to location of training. Leisure facilities were good and the staff were very friendly
Bad Points: Minor issues
Further Comments: Excellent check in polite and courteous. Good facilities and generally good stay. Minor issues were broken window catch in bedroom which prevented window being left adjar for ventilation. Broken door on wardrobe and dirty carpet.

Good Points: Pleasant surroundings and far enough from the main road not to be disturbed by traffic noise.
Bad Points: The walls appear to be very thin and therefore conversations and sounds from neighbours cannot be ignored.
Further Comments: Having stayed here before, we knew what to expect from the hotel. The added bonus this time was the fact that breakfast was included in the price of the overnight stay.
