Good Points: the accomodation was spotless, and the owners very friendly. the breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was well worth having.
Further Comments: we stopped here en route to Bodmin for a funeral. This hotel and the surrounding area are lovely and we would love to return for a short break.

Bad Points: Possibly the 1800 check in, but due to traffic not an issue for us
Further Comments: We got everything we needed from the booking, location post code etc so no issues or problems when we arrived

Further Comments: I really liked the way the proprietor used and remembered our christian names during our stay. It felt much more personal. He was very much a 'host'. Food was excellent and place was warm and welcoming Good parking and gardens to enjoy.

Good Points: The accommodation was great, very clean & tidy which is important.
Bad Points: could only check in at 6pm ? to open the doors a little earlier to residents would be an idea.
Further Comments: The Haymaker is a great little hotel and local pub in the middle of the countryside. The rooms were very clean with no traces of the previous guests ! the food was freshly prepared & cooked and you were pulled a proper nice pint. could not really fault.

Good Points: Good size room with excellent full ensuite. Good quality & comfortable king size bed
Further Comments: Good friendly country Inn, Well decorated and clean room. Good food and welcoming hosts. We would certainly book again if we need to stay over in the area.

Good Points: Clean and very friendly, easy to find and ample parking.
Further Comments: My overall view is that it is a pleasant place to stay, and is being run by a very nice couple who are quite new to the trade. But if their attitude remains positive they should do very well.

Further Comments: Just really enjoyed the whole experience, crisp clean sheets, a lovely room, great hosts and the food was fantastic too.
