Good Points: We like serviced accommodation.
Bad Points: The front rooms were very noisy both from traffic noise and people coming home early morning
Further Comments: There was no air con so to avoid the noise by closing the window meant that the room was too hot and stuffy. It totally spoilt our stay and would not stay again

Good Points: Rooms, size, facilities, location
Bad Points: Small bathroom
Further Comments: Despite the bathroom being quite small with only a shower, it would have been nice to have a bath, both myself and my partner were very impressed with our overall experience. Everything was very clean, tidy and organised, I would definitely recommend this to anyone over a hotel room as there is much more room and all the facilities are very nice in comparison to some hotels that I have stayed in. Despite it being on a main road, the room was not noisy at all. Would have been nice to have more than 5 terrestrial TV channels or alternatively something to play music on but overall a definite worthwhile visit and would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

Further Comments: Would have liked better directions - the Map on the web had no street names/road numbers to follow so I had to phone for directions. I would have liked to have seen beter photo's of the interior as I could only recall close up snap-shots of certain features of the acomodation. The hotel staff were excellent - they were very helpful - the key would not work in the door but they actually came up to the room with a new key to prevent me from having to take al my luggage back down to reception for a replacement key.

Good Points: Very clean and spacious. Very good value for money.
Bad Points: You have to be very quiet, although we were talking at a normal level we were told to keep the noise down as the walls are very thin!
Further Comments: Although this accomadation stated city central, we found that we had to get taxis into the centre as too far to walk. Apart from that the apartments were very clean and modern and extremely well priced.

Good Points: clean, comfortable, well-serviced, privacy, helpful staff
Bad Points: no instuctions for appliances, which was a bit of a problem with the microwave & no washing up liquid/detergent for sink or dishwasher - not really something I would expect to bring with me.
Further Comments: Very pleased with accomodation overall, but think it would be helpful to know in advance what is provided in the kitchen & was surprised that there were no microwave utensils or instructions. A cafetiere and washing up liquid would have been useful too, but I will know another time!

Good Points: The styling and cleanliness of the rooms.
Further Comments: The rooms are perfect, far better than a hotel room and the staff were helpfull discreet and proffesional. The rooms were modern and brilliantly clean. I honestly couldn't fault anything and would recommend roomzzz to anyone. I have stayed at hotels over the world and think that this beats every one hands down.

Good Points: Great sized room/apartment. Excellent having the kitchen facility. Good view. Clean & tidy set-up & friendly staff.
Bad Points: Shower was clastrophobic. A fan in the bathroom/hot water tank cupboard was on until late into the night which was very disturbing. A DVD player would have been nice. Insufficient number of TV channels. The lift felt very cheap & nasty.
Further Comments: Excellent cost effective hotel with fully equiped brand new rooms. A must for those looking for medium to long stays. Frrendily staff & great views in a prime location. A few teething troubles as a new hotels but I'm sure they'll be ironed out soon.

Good Points: Decor, cleanliness, layout of the room.
Bad Points: A full length mirror would have been useful and a mirror near a socket for drying your hair! Perhaps a full length miror could be put inside the wardrobe on the door which when open is near a socket. It wasn't the end of the world though.
Further Comments: It made a great change from sitting in a small hotel room. Having the facility to cook a meal is a great touch. Would highly recommend trying it.

Good Points: Imuch prefer to stay in a Serviced Apartment when on business. I like the privacy and the modern space. I rarely eat in hotels so the apartment suites me and feels more like home.
Bad Points: The bathroom was a bit small but more than adequate.
Further Comments: I would suggest that guests could pre-book and pay for some items to make breakfast! this would be the icing on the cake for me.
