Roomzzz near Leeds: Leeds Hotels

Good Points: Clean & modern, with free internet
Bad Points: Workman making loads of noise very early in the morning.
Further Comments: A very nice clean & modern apartment. Although the carpark was full it was very reasonable parking over the road. The free internet was a plus and I would stay here again.

Good Points: Comfortable, stylish apartment in a good location. The kitchen was a godsend, as it happened.
Bad Points: Rubbish choice of TV programme, with a pretty poor signal (on a nice big flatscreen TV, which was a shame). Get Freeview in quick, before it's too late.
Further Comments: Roomzz apartments are a good concept, the kitchen part of us helped us out greatly. I had to do a job in Leeds on Saturday night at 8pm, and come 6pm we were suddenly struggling to find anywhere to eat. Being the first weekend of December, every eaterie was booked with Xmas diners. So, as time kept running out, we grabbed Indian food from M&S which, with the microwave and the hob, we turned into a meal. So, thanks for the kitchen, Roomzzz. The choice of TV channels is rubbish. Get Freeview. Oh, and we could have used kitchen roll. That apart, good room, good value for money.

Good Points: The kitchen in the room
Further Comments: The room was large and contained three parts: a kitchen, a sofa/desk area with a TV, and the sleeping area. The furniture was very modern and everything was clean and working well. We were able to cook our own meals while also working and using the fast internet connection. Overall, this hotel is one of the best places I have stayed.

Good Points: The menu service and built in kitchen facilities.
Bad Points: It was quite noisey from the main road outside and did keep me awake somewhat during the evening.
Further Comments: Good clean comfortable accomodation.

Good Points: it was very clean and welcoming
Further Comments: the hotel was easy to find and the staff were welcoming and very helpful. the room was comfortable and well maintained and very clean.the facilities were all in working order and of a high standard.

Good Points: Good clean well equiped room.
Bad Points: Hotel car was full so had to park across the road in the pay and display which wasn't a problem until the next morning when the contractors blocked me in and I had to wait 15 mins for them to move their vehicle.
Further Comments: Very well equiped room no expense spared, very comfortable and easy to relax in.

Further Comments: We were very happy with our stay and will be returning, excellent value for money, we could have spent a week there quite easily.

Good Points: Good size attractive facility, with kitchen.
Bad Points: Bed area cramped in relation to room size.
Further Comments: Continous traffic noise from Burley Road so hard to sleep.No fan or air conditioning, so room was very warm. Advertised car park not big enough - directed round road works to NCP. Shop not open at 8.00 on Sunday morning as indicated.

Good Points: I loved the apartment feel. It felt like home. Also, it is very cleen and the staff was friendly. Free broadband was a great touch too!
Bad Points: Not in a very schenic area - but it didn't bother me.
Further Comments: Excellent! Keep up the good work and I'll be back often!

Good Points: Excellent room no expense spared on the equipment & Decor, very comfortable. Thought the Take away menu was a great idea.
Bad Points: The only thing that I thought was slightly annoying was the noise from the traffic as my room was directly facing the road outside.
Further Comments: Excellent accomodation would book again, the apartment facilites were excellent, loved the fact that if you wanted you could cook your owm meals in the well equiped kitchen area.

Good Points: Superb clean modern style and very quiet. Very comfortable bed. All the equipment needed.
Bad Points: The lift was very slow and it was shared with the staff who had to wait a long time too.
Further Comments: I don't remember being told we could buy a breakfast pack but maybe I missed that piece of information. The fact that the parking was restricted was not a problem as we parked across the street.However, parking would has been a bonous. Please open more Roomz accomodation further south, I'm sure you would not be short of guests.

Good Points: Large spacious room, clean, internet connection, nice tv
Further Comments: Was really nice and definately worth te money. A lot more comfortable and relaxing than a standard hotel room. Highly recommended.

Good Points: I liked the location of the hotel which was couple minutes from the city centre. I also liked the modern decoration of the hotel.
Bad Points: Could do with a lobby bar and restaurant.
Further Comments: I find the hotel easy to find, close to the city centre, motorway, and main train station. The rooms are spacious with modern decorations and furniture. Friendly and helpful staff, I felt at home even though I was away from home.

Good Points: The space. the fact that it is still new. Ghe bed was good
Bad Points: Another chair would be nice at the talble. There were only four TV channels. A hair drayer would be nice. At this moment the construction work in the neighbourhood are disturbing
Further Comments: A good place to stay if you want privacy and the possibillity to cook yourself. All kitchen facilities are there.

Further Comments: The Manager and staff were most helpful - we couldn't get the television to work - phoned reception and the Manager was at our door within minutes.

Good Points: Light, airy, good specification of equipment in the main.
Bad Points: No handwashing capabillity in the kitchen.
Further Comments: I enjoyed my stay immensely. The hotel was clean and staff efficient. Some minor criticisms: Frying pan not non-stick and cleaning staff not able to clean it effectively. The room could have benefited from a DVD player in addition to the TV - this is becoming the norm in hotels these days.

Further Comments: perfect - truly. i have already recommended the place to someone i know who stays in leeds often. i wish there was one in london!
