Good Points: The accomodation was very well presented and spotlessly clean. The room was of a great size and again very clean. The en-suite was one of the best we have seen.
Bad Points: There was nothing that we did not like.
Further Comments: The Brighton Hotel was the best place that my husband and I have stayed in. We found the atmosphere very warm, friendly and relaxed. I felt that nothing would be too much trouble for the staff. The weather was terrible and so instead of walking around till our check in time we arrived at the hotel and hour early, but this was no trouble for the staff they were very helpful and welcoming and allowed us to bring our luggage in and even check into our room early. The breakfast was different from what we have usually experienced but was actually a welcome change to the normal full english breakfast. In summary a very positive experience!!!

Good Points: The room was a sufficient size for the purpose of my visit to Brighton. It was airy and had a view of Regency Square. The En Suite facilities were excellent and modern.
Bad Points: The number of stairs.
Further Comments: The staff are friendly and looked after guests very well. Breakfast was very good if a little unusual in the continental buffet style. The lack of a full English breakfast was a disappointment at first but definitely turned out to be better for my health. The room was on the second floor at the front with a view of Regency Square and off to the left the sea and the ruined pier. The En Suite facilities have been updated and are quite modern. Everything was kept very clean and the hotel encourages environmental friendliness. I have stayed in Brighton every year for the last 6 years and this has to be my best experience of accomodation. If my business takes me there next year I will definitely be booking into this hotel. The questionnaire goes as far as asking if you think elements of the stay were excellent - this hotel far exceeds that!

Good Points: Thought the room was a good size, comfortable, and the hotel well located. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with a good selection of fresh fruit, and other organic produce, and having breakfast available until 11:00am was excellent.
Bad Points: The hot water ran out by 11am. The table cloths in the breakfast room were stained and were not changed for the next day.
Further Comments: We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, the room was a good size, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is well located for all the attractions of Brighton, but is in a quiet location. Breakfast was available until 11am which made a nice change, and the buffet was well stocked with good quality items. The only negative points would be that the hot water had either run out or was turned off by 11am ...(which made shaving difficult..had to boil the kettle)...the tablecloths in the breakfast room were stained and weren't changed for the next day (even when new stains were added), and that the waitress in the breakfast room seemed to struggle to remember orders for coffee/tea or toast.

Further Comments: A very pleasant stay, the staff was marvellous, if you have a car 33% discount on NCP car park just opposite (Good deal). Very good and detailed description and location of the room received in confirmation, no surprises. Good location and easy to find with instructions provided. Definetely my Hotel in Brighton.
