Good Points: Both bath and shower available room well decorated and all very clean
Further Comments: All staff were very pleasant and friendly but feel there was a lack of comunication between them which led to problems over the menu and booking meals costs to our room.

Bad Points: on arrival very smokey in reception, entertainment and hall- very off putting
Further Comments: Reasonable value. Overnight stays receive the worst of the rooms I believe, which I suppose is likely to happen in most places but rate I believe is the same.

Good Points: Comfortable and clean.
Bad Points: Initially there were problems with the telephone but it was repaired. Water temperature was difficult to adjust in the shower but maybe many people were using the facilities at the same time.
Further Comments: There were no surprises..The hotel is an older one. I was excited by the fact that the interior had a lot of paneling , etc. from the interior of the Aquitania, the last of the four funnel ships. I had breakfasts every day and they were excellent. The staff were great and the manager was very helpful .
