Good Points: Staff were all very happy and helpful. Though the hotel was busy every guest was cared for and queries dealt with efficiently.
Bad Points: The only thing we would like improved is the breakfast, we do prefer food cooked fresh.
Further Comments: The welcome was very warm and happy, the room was fine with decent shower and comfortable bed. We asked for a smoking room and fresh semi-skimmed milk, an ashtray was provided though the milk was the usual long-life, luckily there is a shop across the road and we bought milk, not a big deal. At breakfast, the cooked food was pre-cooked and kept warm, eggs and bacon really are nicer freshly done. This will not put us off staying at the hotel again, the pros outweigh the cons as it is close to family and the hotel is a genuinely nice place to rest awhile.

Further Comments: The Hotel was very pleasant and clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast very good with lots of variety in cereals, jams, etc. Orange Juice, Tea and Coffee available. I was disappointed that breakfast was served in the smaller suite which was not as nicley decorated as the larger restaurant. It felt a bit cramped.
