Good Points: Modern, spacious, very clean and well appointed. A great view of the River and a short walk to many amenities.
Further Comments: I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accomodation. The ability to relax in a separate living area was particularly good. As someone who never uses any of the services in a coventional hotel, other than the bedroom and bathroom, a well located, spacious apartment is a far better option. Good value for money.

Good Points: Spacious, mordern and extremely comfortable
Bad Points: If there was a problem it felt llike staff were a long way away.
Further Comments: I chose the accomodation for its proximity to the Sage Arts Centre and stayed only one night. The accomodation was wonderful - spacious, modern and of a very high standard. However, felt quite removed from staff in the event of any problem. Met by staff on arrival and given key with quick tour - perhaps a little too quick. Staff also came to check me out and collect keys. Would be ideal for a longer stay. Very near Gateshead Interchange and Newcastle Central station.

Good Points: LOCATION/VIEW/SECURITY/PARKING/HIGH STANDARD OF FURNISHINGS
Bad Points: HEATING SYSTEM
Further Comments: VERY GOOD - WOULD STAY AGAIN - MORE INFORMATION ON EATING OUT WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE WOULD BE HELPFUL, ESPECIALLY WHERE BREAKFAST WAS AVAILABLE LOCALLY! HEATING IN APARTMENT NOT SET CORRECTLY AND VERY COMPLICATED WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS. OTHERWISE A VERY ENJOYABLE STAY.
