Good Points: Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel was good value for money.

Good Points: Clean, position in the city and space of rooms - we stayed in a double.
Bad Points: Need bathroom floor mat for double rooms.
Further Comments: When we booked, it said that breakfast was included. We did not realise that it was just 'make your own toast'. It was okay, but would have been nice to know before hand.

Good Points: spacious room, cleanliness, comfortable bed
Bad Points: self service kitchen
Further Comments: we enjoyed our time at the hotel but we didn't realise it was hostel type accommodation and therefore self service in the kitchen. we used this only to make a hot drink after our evening out. perhaps in the private rooms/ loft conversions tea and coffee making facilities could be provided. our room was very clean and comfortable

Good Points: the hotel room was immaculate. was closeby to the menn arena and train staion,which was why booked it.
Bad Points: no hairdryer in room although you could borrow one from reception wasnt the same,and no kettle and stuff for tea which we got in last hotel not a major issue though.
Further Comments: overall enjoyed our stay. no complaints apart from tiny minor ones.

Good Points: The Room was spacious and clean - and the heating was on all the time - nice and warm
Bad Points: This is a Hostel not a Hotel, and the Breakfast was extremely poor, and had to be eaten in the communal hostel Kitchen Toilets on the check in level by the TV Room were locked
