Further Comments: Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the staff were pleasant. Options of where to eat in the hotel with differing dress codes was a nice addition. Central location in St Helier

Good Points: Quiet and peaceful. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. facilities superb. Who could ask for more!
Bad Points: Perhaps the bedroom could have been a little larger.
Further Comments: I would like to have known a little more about the restaurants (though the food was excellent) How to get about Jersey, for example the bus routes around the Island.

Good Points: It was comfortable, peaceful, and very clean, with excellent views over St Helier.
Bad Points: The room was basic in contrast with the public rooms.
Further Comments: We particularly enjoyed the Spa area, which with the gym was ideal for our teenage son.

Good Points: The pool was excellent.
Bad Points: The bedroom was old unlike image portrayed on website.
Further Comments: Food was great although resturant area was not so nice. Really great staff. If the rest of the hotel was updated to new section it would be brilliant.
