Good Points: very neat and clean.
Bad Points: whole night i could hear booming noise of some door shutting and opening
Further Comments: In the website I booked through the check in time was mentioned as 2 pm and when I reached the hotel at 1.45 pm, I was asked to wait till 3 pm for checking in. So I ended up wasting about 1 hour and fifteen minutes waiting for the check in process. In the morning during the check out time, there was a long queue for check out process with only one counter open. The excuse was only one computer terminal was working! Otherwise i liked the room and the amenities. The menu could have had more choices. The cook could have done better without coming up with excuses like no eggs , in the main dish. But the dish was still tasty without eggs in it.

Good Points: overall design and appearance of the hotel is good
Bad Points: only a couple of minor things lack of extra pillows and also not enough complimentary tea & coffee upon arrival
Further Comments: Parking arrangements could be explained prior to arrival? Also no warning given about the ongoing building work in the area Directions given are also affected by the building work and can cause confusion overall we had a very pleasent experience and would look to book this type of hotel again

Good Points: The hotel was very clean and excellent value for money.
Further Comments: I thought the hotel was excellent. Very clean and well organised. The rates were excellent and we were delighted to find a complementary breakfast included. Will most definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Good Points: The hotel is very central and in an ideal position for the local night life and shopping.
Bad Points: Nothing!
Further Comments: The hotel is in a great spot for shopping and Leeds night life. We were a young couple on a leisure break and the hotel was excellent value. The rooms were just right and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a car park next door and we got a voucher for the parking which was ideal! We would return to this hotel again.
