Good Points: Nice clean and fresh / modern hotel. Smart with a relaxing atmosphere. Nice bar area , great choice of free channels on tv especially sky sports centre on saturday. great idea whoever cme up with this.
Further Comments: It really does make a change to have the entire staff as pleasant as each other. Great warm and genuine welcome to the hotel. Quick and organised booking in procedure . Nice quiet location of the hotel within easy reach of all the places we wanted to visit. Breakfast slightly overpriced but up to a good standard and convenient. The staff were really helpful , answered all my queries and appeared genuinely happy and pleasant , one of the few places I have visited recently where staff don't appear to be forcing themselves to be nice to guests. thankyou and please pass on my thanks to all the staff.

Good Points: I like the convenience to M54;the peaceful location;the views;the relaxed atmosphere;the friendliness and capability of the staff.
Bad Points: Stayed in a twin room with zip and link beds previously at this hotel and would have liked that this time BUT we were on a very cheap deal!!
Further Comments: Again I would like to re-iterate that this new hotel is extremely comfortable,with friendly,efficient staff and a relaxed atmosphere. In a peaceful location with some good views, it is still very convenient to M54

Good Points: Modern clean room
Bad Points: Could smell cigarette smoke from other rooms in my room, even though mine was non smoking. I find this really irritating! Especially now with the non smoking law. Smoke does travel!
Further Comments: Not much around it for eating etc as it's in the middle of a business park.

Further Comments: The hotel was quiet, clean and simple. The rooms were a good size, the showers excellent, but no bath (this might affect you if you have young children). Did not stay for breakfast as believe ￂﾣ7.95 is too expensive. Needs better signposting through the industrial estate.

Good Points: Excellent, large rooms, very clean
Bad Points: Heatingg system - it was a cold evening and I could not get the heating to work

Good Points: Near the business appt. New building, clean & tidy, with a good bathroom.
Bad Points: No signs to the Hotel from the road,(? due to the development of the Business Park) Slow service in the Restaurant in the evening, limited menu.
Further Comments: Good value for money. Would use the hotel again.

Bad Points: lack of cleaning staff
Further Comments: Needs a sign from the main road. Hard to find.Lack of cleaning staff.Missed out whole floor of rooms on the Saturday.Could have provided light snacks to purchase especially Saturday lunch time when they were already there catering for conferences. A sandwich would have been sufficent.Staff very helpful and polite. Overall a good clean Hotel.

Good Points: Clean,relaxing and quiet.
Further Comments: A lovely hotel with friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. A thouroghly enjoyable night's stay!! Will definetley be recommending it to friends and would stay there again. Location was ideal to travel into town and was also easy to locate from the A5.
