Good Points: right in the centre of Cardiff and close to shops, theatre and restaurants
Bad Points: nothing - the only thing that could improve it would be if it were cheaper!
Further Comments: staff were very helpful on every occasion. We were pleased to be able to check into our rooms immediately on our arrival to Cardiff (12pm) even tho website stated that check-in was from 3pm. Room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, I didn't experience any noise disturbance overnight in the hotel room despite being located right in the centre of the city. Service and quality of the food in the restaurant of the hotel were excellent too.

Bad Points: The toilet did not flush, there was medlew on the shower wall.
Further Comments: Hotel location was great and staff helpful, however our room was indeed not that of a 4 star hotel. Room smelt very stale, even the towels.

Good Points: It was clean and comfortable. No concerns at all.
Further Comments: My main concern was the price. Parking, Internet use and even breakfast were all significant extras and I did feel overcharged, even given the central location of the hotel. I was uneasy about letting my car be driven away to be parked as access to it was difficult and the recovery process when it was returned took a long time as several other cars were being recovered at the same time. Parking immediately outside the hotel is restricted and caused some difficulty getting away once the car had been retrieved.

Good Points: Clean, spacious, well-designed and decorated. Shower particularly good.
Further Comments: The accommodation and service were excellent save for the breakfast staff who were unhelpful and inflexible. The breakast manager, however, was really exacellent in dealing with his poor staff. Excellent city centre situation and good value for money all round.

Good Points: Additional facilities leisure facilities and its proximity to Cardiff Centre. The staff were very helpful.
Bad Points: The taps in the bath were a bit difficult to turn off.
Further Comments: It would have been good to be made aware of the parking arrangements

Bad Points: I found the accomodation to be overpriced everything was an extra ￂﾣ23.99 for Breakfast, ￂﾣ13 for parking, ￂﾣ15 for internet access. For a 5* hotel already charging top dollar all these things should be included it is particularly cheeky to chage that much for internet access.
