Good Points: Rooms bright, reception area large, airy and friendly
Bad Points: Quite dusty in places (i.e. pictures, light switches etc.)
Further Comments: Staff excellent, especially restaurant and concierge - very helpful and friendly.

Good Points: clean
Bad Points: lumpy pillows, parking charge for hotel car park. disorganised restaurant staff meant despite pre booking we still had to wait over 30 mins to be seated as the hostess had forgot about us and we had to prompt her.
Further Comments: Ok if you are going for night life. Night clubs below rooms meant very little sleep until at least 3.30am Would not reccommend eating in for either dinner or breakfast food is a la Brake brothers not freshly made, and over all poor value for money because of this. Hotel charges you for parking!

Further Comments: The Hilton is a very nice hotel but I think for the price of a one night stay ￂﾣ139.00 breakfast should be included.

Good Points: Very nice view of river tyne but expected larger room for upgraded price.
Bad Points: expected it to be bigger
Further Comments: A lovely stay & worth upgrade for executive lounge, although didnt expect to pay for breakfast. hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

Good Points: Comfort and cleanliness
Further Comments: Pleasurable stay with a lovely view of the quayside. Food was enjoyable and to a good standard. Lesuire facilities were pleasant but felt prices were a little steep. Only slight negative would be the length of time we waited to be served at the bar due to mimmum staffing, however, staff were very apologetic regarding our wait.

Good Points: plenty pillows in the bed and plenty tbags milk etc which made a nice change. the iron and board was great to.
Bad Points: the view, being at the back of the hotel we had a terrible view of the roof. it was my partners first time in newcastle and a view of the quayside would of made a difference to his stay.
Further Comments: overall we had a really enjoyable stay, it would of been better if we were in a room with a view over the quayside, that would of completed it all for us!!!

Good Points: Size of room, layout of room and space for luggage.
Bad Points: Minibar contained previous guest's out of date sandwich, baby food and half used bottle of wine. All of this caused a terrible smell in the minibar fridge.
Further Comments: I would have liked to have had the opportunity to book a room overlooking the Tyne towards the Sage/Baltic.

Good Points: Cleanliness and location.
Bad Points: A nightmare to find this hotel when travelling by car, it is not signposted.
Further Comments: Good. Nice clean hotel, good location for nightlife, nice bar. Although the price to stay per night was very expensive considering this did not include breakfast.
