Good Points: free internet
Bad Points: Car PArk was full and staff were unhelpful as to where to park, the double bed was very much 2 singles with 2 single sheets and 2 single duvets on pushed together - apparently there were no double sheets or duvets left in the hotel... my partner and i spent the whole night falling down the gap and did therefore not have a good nights sleep at all. bar closed really early
Further Comments: I would have liked to have a proper double room, some assistance with parking and more friendly and helpful staff when i asked for a key to be left at reception for my boyfriend who was arriving later.

Good Points: This is with out doubt the best value hotel I have experienced recently. The staff were superb in all respects, the hotel spotless and modern and the room facilities far exceeded the 3* status.
Bad Points: The fact that I feel forced to give it a glowing reference which may make it difficult to book in the future.
Further Comments: This hotel positively exceeded everything that the website and reviews had informed us of. I will be returning to Leeds on business and my intentions are to stay at Bewleys.

Good Points: The attitude of the staff
Further Comments: WE turned up with a small baby in tow and were asked if we needed a cot as we hadn't asked for one, we didn't but it was nice to be asked. I thought that the service was fantastic and we also ate in the restaurant which was lovely.

Good Points: Modern, clean, comfortable hotel
Bad Points: My one downside is that the Reception area absolutely reeked of smoke - even though no one smokes in the area now. The carpet badly needed changing.
Further Comments: Husband & Wife plus one small child - all in a family room - very friendly, clean modern hotel close to the centre of the city / University residences. Will stay there again when we next go to Leeds.

Further Comments: Had a great time - very handy car park with trolly for luggage and very convenient lifts. Took my parents who were very impressed with the hotel and the location. thanks to all the staff for being so helpful. Superb breakfast!!!!

Good Points: a clean modern environment with plenty of space to relax in. very good food, even on a chaotic saturday night.
Bad Points: the chaotic saturday night was obviusly rattling the staff and we got a very bad nights sleep. you need to discourage stag and hen dos from using your hotel to keep the quality atmosphere. parking was chaos that night.
Further Comments: the hotel is clean, smart and relaxing. we had all the facilities we needed, but a few little touches would have improved it, like tissues in the bathroom, and a do not disturb sign for the door! excellant food and nice friendly staff. parking was a rwal issue on the sat night, but a breeze on the sunday and very conveniant. well located just on the outskirts, easily walkable into town but far enough away to get straight on with your journey in the morning without having to drive into the city centre.

Bad Points: inane musak in reception
Further Comments: Please stop using that inane musak in the reception area. I was there for 10 minutes and it drove me mad, I can't imagine what it would be doing to your staff. I asked one and they said they wish they could tear their ears out. I don't think that is very good for staff moral.

Good Points: Location, look & cleanliness. Dinner was very good as was breakfast.
Further Comments: Attractive looking hotel. Great first impressions when you walk in and the staff, food, comfort & rooms continue that good impression. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone for any reason.

Further Comments: Overall me and my partner had a very enjoyable time and the facilities we very good. Though my partner would have liked some bath salts to enjoy an enjoyable bath to relax in.

Further Comments: We booked this hotel for a hen weekend and I must say that the hotel had everything we needed to make it a memorable weekend. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff friendly and helpful and although there were a lot of other groups staying in the hotel there atmosphere was lively without being rowdy. I would certainly stay at this hotel again, either in a group or as a couple/family.

Good Points: Clean, comfortable and convenient
Further Comments: Clean and comfortable room, within easy walking distance of the city centre. The hotel bar was bustling and had atmosphere without being too busy and breakfast was of a good standard. The hotel also has the benefit of secure car parking - quite rare for Leeds.

Good Points: Everything, it was brilliant
Further Comments: We booked this hotel for a 17 person hen party and we were all majorly impressed (and impressing 17 women isn't easy)! The rooms were immaculate with everything you need and the bar was great value for money! A taxi into town was only ￂﾣ4.80! Bargain! The staff were all very helpful and they were willing to help even into the early hours!! I have previously stayed in Queens which is 4* and I would rather stay again at Bewleys! Overall an excellent hotel with exceptionally cheap prices!!
