Good Points: I liked how it was conveniant. The hotel was in great condition. I liked the fact that you where never bothered by anything and had the chance to relax. We stayed for the first time last week and i would say with certainity that I will be using Bewleys more often. I liked the decor within the room, The selection and variety of food at breakfast and I also liked how friendly the staff were. Another Facility that was greatly appreciated was the selection and range of television channels that were available within the room for no extra cost. Over all 10/10! Thank you
Bad Points: I didn't like the fact that the hotel could only be paid for when we were leaving. I would recommend taking the cost of the room as it is booked especially if it was booked online and you have the card details and then any extra costs such as meals to be paid for after because as a young student I booked the hotel when i had money in my account andI thought the money was going to be taken straight away. It was only by chance however that I used my own card as i was going to use a family members instead as i was not aware i would have to pay for the hotel after wards and if i had of used the family members card then i would not have been able to pay for it after i stayed as i would not have had the card with me.
Further Comments: Very pleased and would really recommend it!

Good Points: Good value.
Bad Points: Room was too warm and had no air conditioning. Wifi in room did not work. Drinks in hotel bar too expensive.
Further Comments: Hotel represented good value but was situated in an 'office' area and we had to walk into town (about 15 mins) to find bars and restaurants.

Good Points: The accommodation was perfect for our stay as I had my young son and a friend travelling with me to attend a football match
Further Comments: The location was perfect for us as it was near most things especially the football ground which was a short taxi ride away. The restaurant/bar was also ideal as having my 13 yr old son with me didn't allow us to go into bars for food. The food was great in the hotel and staff were very helpful.

Good Points: The room was nice and clean.

Further Comments: The hotel was nice, but however, the staff was unable to answer a simple question correct. I booked 10 rooms for a SURPRISE party and rang up the hotel to ask them not to call my home phone, as the party was for my dad and he knew nothing about it, they on two occasions called my home phone and gave all the details of my booking and my dad picked up the message. So after a year of planning it was nearly all down the drain in one phone call. The staff then at the hotel, when we arrived, were asked questions these consisted of, ￃﾂ￢ﾀﾜwould you be able to put an ice bucket into my parents room for a bottle of champagne I have got themￃﾂ￢ﾀﾝ, they at this point told me I had to go up to the room myself where there was an ice machine and put it in there room, when I went up to get the ice there was no machine on the floor anywhere despite it them saying there was one on my floor I then had to go back down to the bar to ask them for ice to then take the bucket up to my room. The next question asked was ￃﾂ￢ﾀﾜcould you put some cold glasses in the room for when they get to the hotel roomￃﾂ￢ﾀﾝ again I had to do this myself so when they got to the room the glasses were not chilled any more. The last question we asked them before we left to go to the party was ￃﾂ￢ﾀﾜwill the bar be open when we get back from the partyￃﾂ￢ﾀﾝ, the answer they gave us was, yes all you have to do is call the porter and he will get you your drinks. This was a blatant lie as when we got to the hotel after the party the bar was closed and there were only 2 staff in the hotel that could not open the bar for us. I was very unimpressed with this hotel and will not be recommending the hotel to anyone or staying in this hotel again.

Good Points: It was clean and tidy.
Bad Points: It was on the 7th floor, i don't like heights or lifts.
Further Comments: The hotel was fine,the staff very nice and accommodating towards us, it was just the guests. We were getting in the lift and some men were getting in drinking cans of lager and had a bag full of them too.Also the bar seemed to be full of larger louts. Not a very good first impression. WE will not be staying here when we come to Leeds again. We infact left we the same night and made an excuse that we had to get back due to business committments.

Good Points: How clean the place was. The bedding was gorgeous and very very comfy
Bad Points: Lack of choice in resturant/lounge
Further Comments: Everything was excellent, parking underneath the hotel was a added bonus as we have previously stayed in another hotel in Leeds where we were dodging traffic with luggage. The bed was extremly comfortable had a great night sleep! The resturant didn't give you much option for food, although the food we did get was very nice - would have preferred more variety at affordable prices.

Good Points: Situation of the hotel and the bedroom in general
Bad Points: car park; front desk staff; bathroom amenities
Further Comments: Car parking was an absolute shambles - cars were parking anywhere and everywhere with several people blocked in. No note of registration numbers was taken on checkin so the owners could not be traced. Why keep on issuing tickets to a car park that was full? Surely not for the extra income? The shampoo/shower gel container over the bath was emnpty as was the liquid soap dispenser at the basin. We fail to understand how such items would be missed if staff wee doing their job correctly.

Good Points: Comfortable, clean and with all the facilities required
Bad Points: Restaurant and Bar area could do with some proper heating
Further Comments: Very convenient parking, with a lift straight up to reception which is excellent when you have heavy bags. It was a very pleasant place to spend a weekend in Leeds. The staff were polite and helpful and everything was on hand that we needed. The only niggle is the fact that the restaurant and bar area were quite chilly, but the surroundings were pleasant enough.

Further Comments: The Hotel is weel maintained spacious good value, staff are polite, friendly and always in atendance, the bathrooms are roomy, showers are regukated not too hot not too cold, its in a resindential area which is well maintained clean and quiet. I would compare this Hotel to a grade below a Marriott Hotel and would recommend anyone staying in Leeds to check this hotel out.

Good Points: Good sized room, good shower
Bad Points: Food quality average, nothing available to eat when I checked in at 1030 pm
Further Comments: Quite convenient and reasonably priced for the quality offered. Buffet style breakfast is OK but not great.

Good Points: Clean, easy to find car parking on site. Bar good and restaurant very good.
Bad Points: some of the other guests were a litlle high spirited and noisy on their return.
Further Comments: the website gave me everything i needed to know. The room was in good order and well equipped. The staff were very polite, friendly, and good humoured. A real welcome for each and every guest.

Bad Points: too far out from centre, booked hotel for shopping tip but had to rely on taxis.

Good Points: Very Clean and made to feel very welcome.
Further Comments: The staff were excellent. One of the best hotels I have stayed at. We felt very relaxed and comfortable. Will definately be using Bewleys again and have passed your details on to friends.

Bad Points: Dim lighting.
Further Comments: Comfortable and very pleasant. Would stay again and recommend to others. The downside was the long wait to check-out when I had an appointment to get to.

Good Points: The location (1 mile from city centre), the parking facility.Very modern and impressive. Signposted very well. ￂﾣ69 was a very reasonable price for the night.
Bad Points: The restaurant menunever tempted us to be honest and it seemed a bit pricey. Saturday night and it seemed deserted. More down to earth food, more reasonably priced would surely encourage more hotel guests to eat there.
Further Comments: The biggest plus point of the hotel was the underground parking facilities. This gives the hotel a distinct advantage over most other hotels in close proximity to Leeds City centre. Would definately stay there again for our next trip to Leeds.

Further Comments: The Hotel was very clean comfortable with polite and welcoming staff. It was very well situated and not a far walk from the lively city centre,it is reasonably priced and execellent location from the motorway will definatley be satying there again in the future.

Good Points: Clean; fast, friendly and efficient service.
Bad Points: Room was too hot, even with the window open. Directions to hotel from the staion need more details.
Further Comments: The hotel provided a quiet, smoke free environment. I slept well apart from the room being a bit too hot. The meals were high quality and the choice was good. Check in and out was fast, friendly and efficient. The directions to the hotel need more detail as I ventured down a road that had no name plate and was never sure if I had overshot the hotel.

Good Points: size of the room, good value for money
Bad Points: The staff who dealt with my checking in wasn't very helpful as she didn't show me where the bedrooms were located or what floor the room was on. Furthermore she didn't tell us what time we needed to be checked out by neither did she mention the internet facilities. These issues would have been helpful on arrival.
Further Comments: Pleasant stay, the directions were clear to follow from the train station, wasn't very satisfied with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff on arrival however this was not a big problem. Very pleased with the appearance and cleanliness of the bedroom. Would come back again if i was in the area.

Good Points: Nice big clean room. Good facilities. No hassle about check out the following day and very useful not having to leave until around 12:30.
Bad Points: No breakfast included. nice hotel but not the cheapest.
Further Comments: Easy to find, good accommodation, not the cheapest but the high standard was enough for me to find it fair value for money as a solo traveller. The two things that would have tipped it into the good category overall would have been a breakfast included and also free parking in the hotel car park.
