Good Points: ensuit was clean, room was coasy
Bad Points: owner was nice enough, his employee was rude, lazy and cant cook. we wasnt warned when breakfast was ready so we missed it. she then said she would cook us something, she had the cheek to served us cold food.
Further Comments: good website, an alright hotel, the service ruined our stay. we will continue to book through you but never the lichfield hotel again.

Good Points: systￃﾨme de rￃﾩsa pratique, rapide, on se sent en sￃﾩcuritￃﾩ avec le paiement sur place.Hotel trￃﾩs bien situￃﾩ,typique.
Bad Points: poubelles non vidￃﾩes d'un jour ￃﾠ l'autre(chambre et salle de bain) Se garer est une vraie galￃﾨre!!

Good Points: The location was brilliant, very private accommodation, nice friendly staff and great english breakfast!!!
Bad Points: Nothing - very happy.
Further Comments: The hotel was lovely, you stepped outside the door and saw the sea! Great food, great rooms and I really liked the fact it was a keyless system so I had the freedom of coming and going as I please... The parking was also cheap outside the hotel and the shops on the doorstep.

Good Points: The location was good.
Bad Points: No staff presence. Poor bathroom facilities.
Further Comments: The hotel had no staff presence during our stay. No one was there when we arrived to check in. We had to phone them and wait for nearly an hour for someone to arrive to give us a room key. There is a keycode entry system for guests, but if there was a problem no one was there to deal with it. We did not feel secure at night. I would not recommend this for female vistors. I would not class this as a hotel, but as very poor bed and breakfast accommodation. We asked for some form of discount for our inconvenience but were told the manager could not be contacted so we had to pay the full bill.

Bad Points: the extractor fan didnt work in the bathroom and the dining room was tiny so people had to wait to be seated for breakfast

Bad Points: keine persￃﾶnliche begruessung, zimmer im keller, kleines bad viel zu klein, fenster schlecht zu ￃﾶffnen und shcliessen
Further Comments: ansich schￃﾶnes hotel, jedoch wusste ich nicht, dass man sich selber reinlￃﾤsst udn niemand persￃﾶnlich da ist. wir mussten uns selber zurecht finden und uns wurde ein zimmer im keller!!!! zu gewiesen und eins nunterm dach. das bad war beide male so klein das gerade al so eine person reingepasts hat un d das auch nur mit schwiergkeiten. das personal war sehr nett und zu vorkommend ab frￃﾼhstￃﾼck auch war das haus gerade im umbau zumindets waren ￃﾼberall kabel und die wￃﾤnde durchbrochen..

Further Comments: We booked two en-suite rooms as we were travelling with a elderly relative when we arrived we discovered that one room was on the top floor and one in the basement separated by four flights of stairs or as i found out 60 steps. I would advise any one booking to make sure of the location of your rooms especially if travelling as a family.

Bad Points: The breakfast was the worst I have ever had, undercooked and half of it was missing from the menu. They could not find our booking.
Further Comments: Even though the room was very good and we were pleased with our overal stay, we were disappointed at how far we were from the main town, this should be explained more thoroughly. It stated that the breakfast was worth getting up for. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Overal, we were very surprised that this was a 4 star hotel.
