Good Points: Excellant Breakfast. Well presented and plentifull. One og the best breakfasts I have had in hotel accomodation for a long time

Further Comments: The hotel met our needs for the weekend. Good position for all the amenities available in Llandudno

Bad Points: Had to park on the road-side, this would be a problem in the summer season.
Further Comments: Every-thing worked well, we were expected and given good rooms. excellent breakfast with good choice, but no evening meal at this time of year, but was given good advise as where to eat. The proprioter was unsure how we setted the bill, We paid him with the credit card we hade lodged with you. I hope this was ok.

Good Points: Good size room. Nice and clean. Excellent choice for breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bad Points: Only downfall was the lack of parking spaces but this is no reflection on the hotel.
Further Comments: Good value for money. Hotel is ideally situated for the pier and the promenade. Highly recommended.

Further Comments: the facilities were, as expected, very good with a high standard of cleanliness. It was in a better location than I expected, and all the staff were very pleasant indeed. It`s very nice these days to be greeted with a smile!!

Good Points: The room was a good size, clean and the inclusion of a clock radio was also a welcome piece of equipment.
Bad Points: Everything was to our satisfaction. Occasionally, you'd have children stomping around in the room above, but it didn't last for ages, and children will be children! Our room window was also next to the hotel sign lights, so initially we were worried that they'd be on all night, but thankfully they did get switched off later in the evening - maybe informing other guests who have this room that they'll be switched off later in the evening might be a good idea.
Further Comments: For our short break the hotel was a lovely place to stay. The hoteliers were friendly and informative, and the room comfortable and clean. The breakfast included was also very good, a decent-sized full English offered, and a variety of fresh fruit and cereals available. We also appreciated the information on local eateries, as on a short break it sometimes takes you a while to find somewhere you want to eat, and the inclusion of menus and prices in the folder in the room was an excellent idea.

Good Points: The location was great for shopping/restaurants both within easy reach/walking distance. Also close to sea front and superb views. Staff very friendly, breakfast superb.
Bad Points: 3 flights of stairs to climb to bedroom, no lift.
Further Comments: Hotel is in an ideal location for those wanting to browse the local shops, also plenty of restaurants close to hand. Parking a bit of a problem, but this is not against the hotel - there is 4 spaces at the rear of the hotel itself for guests staying at the hotel but at the front there is very little chance of getting a space (particularly in high season). Having stayed at the hotel from Friday to Sunday noted that only a small handful of spaces became available during the day, which as soon as they were vacated were quickly filled.

Good Points: welcoming and homely atmosphere. very clean, felt nothing was too much trouble.
Bad Points: If we had booked earlier would have liked a sea view.
Further Comments: Had initial concerns as normally stay in self catering, (i don't like not being able to sleep). Found hotel to be very clean, towels sorted and bed made every day. Atmosphere was warm and inviting. Room comfortable and en-suite of a high standard. There was a good choice of food at breakfast. In a lovely location, quiet and convenient. (I was also able to sleep as there was no noise late at night). Info in room very useful. Would definitely go again.
