| Bad Points: Poor standard of cleanliness, both in my room and the restaurant. Grubby! |
| Further Comments: Staff friendly and helpful, though somewhat disorganised. Breakfast was tasty. Only serious criticism was hotel hygiene - my room would have been much pleasanter if it had seen a hoover from time to time!I found dirty plates at the breakfast buffet and the table cloth was also dirty.
Noisy people in neighbouring room (loud conversations at 1am and 6.30am) but I don't think this was the hotel's fault. |

Staff were friendly and the position when visiting Tatton Park was good. |

Room was very tired. Only one glass and one extra pillow supplied in a twin room. Room door could only be locked by slamming it. |

| Bad Points: My only point of critisism is that I felt I was getting up looking for tea spoons, no milk jug on table, had to find napkins - but, didn't want to bother the two girls waitressing. No a big minus. |
| Further Comments: The garden was beautiful. The staff very courteous and obliging. The chandelier, one day I will have one. All round good value for money. It was a lovely area and setting and extremely good value for money. |

| Good Points: The overall atmosphere at the hotel was excellent, staff were friendly and extreemly helpful and went that extra mile to answer queries, the grounds were beautiful and the food cooked to perfection |
| Bad Points: The furnishings in the bedroom were dated and the bathroom in our room was not as clean as I would have liked - the shower head and tiles were full of limescale |
| Further Comments: Very enjoyable stay - in a lovely location and well located for public transport. Perfect hotel to relax in the garden and enjoy the surroundings or alternatively use as a base. |
