Further Comments: Although there was water in the rooms we felt that tea/coffee making facities would have been better as we do like to have a coffee before going to breakfast, although told to help ourselves to any thing in kitchen we felt this would be difficult with the breakfasts being cooked.

Good Points: The B&B was very clean. Nice owners made us feel very welcome. We would recommend this B&B to anyone. Good value for the money.
Bad Points: Nothing wrong with the accomodattion.
Further Comments: This is a very good B&B. Very Clean. Friendly owners. Good value for the money. As far as the city of Hayling I would pass on this next time.

Further Comments: We were given a very warm welcome when we arrived at Waratah Lodge. They were very helpful in pointing us in the right direction to see various local spots of interest. It was truly a pleasure to stay there and I would highly recommend it to anyone either for a business overnight stay or a holiday. We would definitely stay there again.

Further Comments: Both proprietors were very friendly and welcoming. We were offered a tea or coffee as soon as we arrived and then shown where the makings were for any other drinks we might like - no charge. The B & B is a true family home and you are welcomed as family. Not the easiest place to spot although it is on a main road. However, once found, there are good parking facilities. Breakfast was excellent - lots of variety and with fresh fruit available. No need to start the day hungry. We have no hesitation in recommending Waratah Lodge.
