| Good Points: The people who owned the hotel were kind, helpfull and very friendley. The room was very clean and comfortable. |
| Further Comments: I was staying at the hotel becouse I had a difficult situation to deal with. The whole stay was made so much better by the kindness of Linda and Clive and the lovley surroundings in their hotel. I will be returning to the area shortley and hope that I will be able t stay with them again |

| Good Points: The breakfast was superb. My hosts were very friendly and welcoming and overall the hotel was excellent and I would definately stay again. |
| Bad Points: Personally I found that the central heating was a degree or two too warm, but as I say that is a personal view, others I am sure would have thought that it was fine. |

The proprietors made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Although we only stayed the one night, we would not hesitate in booking again as it was in a good location for us to explore the Portsmouth area. |
