Good Points: Central location, very convenient. Good quality of furnishings, comfortable bed.
Bad Points: Heating difficult to control
Further Comments: Clearer directions are very important. We arrived in the dark and didn't have sufficient directions to find the apartments which was frustrating. The handy NCP car park should also have been mentioned. The fact the apartments are on a pedestrian precinct in the middle of the shopping area of the city was fantastic but not made apparent when being booked. The apartments themselves were excellent, the staff very helpful. My son plans to come to Newcastle for Uni & we shall definately make use of the apartments when visisting him.

Good Points: The quality of the appartment, equipment and location were absolutely first class.
Bad Points: parking was not an option therefore i had to park in nearby ncp car park. in addition the access to reception was via a huge flight of stairs which is very difficult to navigate by the elderly or those with heavy luggage
Further Comments: overall the room exceeded by needs and expectations and i would have no hesitation in booking again

Good Points: Ideal as City center location
Bad Points: Only one 2 seater couch for a 4 person apartment and no parking
Further Comments: I would book with these apartments again as were good as central to newcastle, but we didnt like the fact that only one 2 seater apartment it seemed very strange since the apartment accomodates 4, also lacked towells for 4 people only enough for 2 and still waiting for more when we asked!! Some other flats do free car parking in the NCP which would of been good as we had to pay.

Good Points: Clean and well presented in airy and spacious apartment. Rooms were spotless.
Further Comments: We used the apartment for a meeting. Staff were very helpful and found extra cups etc.

Good Points: The accomodation is excellent, very clean and well presented, all the mod cons, from flatscreen TV to latest chic furniture.
Bad Points: Hotel is on the outskirts of the city, so a taxi is required for most trips.
Further Comments: The hotel is excellent, the staff are very helpful, I will be definetly recommending this hotel to my family and friends.

Good Points: Good central location, Spacious appartment,modern facilities.
Bad Points: No hot water, had to change rooms to shower! Problems checking in, some rooms appeared double booked, waited over an hour for our room but were well looked after by the Receptionist who did his best in what were clearly difficult circumstances, we were not the only ones.
Further Comments: The apartments were lovely but our stay was spoilt by the lengthy check in procedure and lack of hot water. An excellent location but not easy to find, directions need to be more accurate. Could only recomend this hotel if sure that the admin procedures and niggles of the new apartments have all been ironed out. Praise to the one member of staff on duty who dealt with it all well. Had we paid full price for the room we might not have been so understanding.

Good Points: Superb facilities - great value for money, would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to anyone
Further Comments: Great facilities in an easy to find location, very comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Shopping, entertainment and restaurants are right on the doorstep. Very clean with friendly, helpful staff.
