Good Points: Well located. Modern facilities (plasma TV even in bedrooms!). Extremely clean. Adequate kitchen.
Bad Points: Ran out of hot water on final day. Showered with cold water instead, which was unpleasant.
Further Comments: On the whole, it was a pleasant stay. Will definitely return if shortage of hot water is rectified.

Good Points: Fantastic quality apartment with wonderful views of the tyne.Handy all day bus service into centre of Newcastle.
Bad Points: would have been good to have small cafￃﾩ on site but staff great at giving recommendations for restaurants ant takeaways.
Further Comments: Originally booked into city apartments in the centre but overbooked and asked if we would move. If I had known about excellent bus service into centre of Newcastle would have booked at the Quayside location in the first place. Really high standard of furnishings and the reception staff excellent.

Good Points: Very convenient, quiet, and spacious. Very high standard of facilities. Loved having free wi-fi.
Further Comments: I thought the whole thing was terrific and very good value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

Good Points: It was central and within 4 mins of the meeting I was attending, very clean.
Bad Points: was a bit difficult to find
Further Comments: I would have liked to know exactly where the entrance to the appartments where before hand. But once found it was in the perfect place as a base to move around newcastle. very clean and comfortable,and very relaxing once there.

Good Points: Central location, metro access, closeness to city hall for graduation ceremony, plasma screen TV's.
Bad Points: Nothing
Further Comments: Clean, two excellent sized bedrooms and large lounge/kitchen area. Great value for money, beter than booking two bedrooms in a more expensive hotel.

Further Comments: Myself & 12 friends were extremely happy with the apartments, they were very clean & spacious with great facilities. Very central to shops, bars & clubs which was great for us.

Good Points: Spacious, clean, great views for people-watching, extremely convenient for shopping and meeting friends
Further Comments: We walked from the main station without difficulty and found it easily right opposite Fenwicks. Street noise was not excessive, especially at night. More than enough facilities for eating in, but we chose a nearby Chinatown buffet recommended by very friendly reception staff. All crockery, bedding etc was almost new and the six-foot wide double bed was very comfortable. The power shower was great and easy to use! We would certainly visit again if in the area.

Bad Points: The tramps hanging around the front when we first arrived
Further Comments: I was just so impressed at this place. I was travelling with my mother and sister and the apartment for four suited us perfectly. Its very rare I find nothing to complain about but our stay was a rare case where everything was as described and was excellent value for money. It helped that the foodhall in Fenwicks across the road had just opened too. I will definately stay here again next time I visit Newcastle.

Further Comments: Location of the hotel was superb, staff were very helpful when needed. Easy to check in and out. The best part were the apartments, very clean and mordern apartments with everything you need.

Good Points: Great value for money. An appartment allows us to relax and have our own chill-out space rather than sit in a bedroom.
Further Comments: Really good - can't imagine how the business model works - apparthotels like this one represent phenomenal value for money

Good Points: We travelled as a group of 16 ladies on a hen party. The rooms were absolutely fantastic, very clean, very modern and everyone was ecstatic at the rooms, very spacious!
Further Comments: The hotel was centralised, excellent for the day (shopping), and nightlife (pubs n clubs). Everyone enjoyed their stay, there was nothing to complain about at all. We will definately stay at these apartments again - FANTASTIC! Andrea n Janice, on behalf of all the gals x

Further Comments: Excellent accomodation right in the city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartments were spotless and spacious. I would highly recommend the city apartments
