Good Points: Easy to follow directions to find the hotel and a warm welcome on arrival. Comfortable, well furnished room with good decor.
Bad Points: Nothing
Further Comments: Small hotel, comfortable with very accommodating proprietors. Good breakfast with fresh ingredients, and plenty of it. Only suggestion to improve would be perhaps to have the opportunity of mixed fruit/fruit salad at breakfast. Just a suggestion and not a criticism.

Good Points: Friendly owners, clean well decorated communal areas, spotlessly clean room, all equipment worked perfectly, breakfasts superb, good location.
Further Comments: The owners were friendly and very enthusiastic about making our stay perfect, the hotel is clean and well maintained and it could be seen that a great deal of investment had been put in to it. Our room was perfect, spotlessly clean, well decorated and every thing worked properly in particular the shower was brilliant. The location is good close to all amenities including the sea front but far enough away to be peaceful and the breakfast was spot on. We would have no problems recommending this Hotel to anyone.

Good Points: Good value for money as I was only wanting a place to sleep overnight
Bad Points: Food smells making their way up to 2nd floor - needs more extraction in the kitchen
Further Comments: Booking procedure needs to have as many current photos as possible to give a full view of the accommodation I was looking for a cheap overnight stay only, as part of the cost of purchasing a car so this had different criteria than a weeks holiday etc Single most important factor to me will always be cleanliness of bedding and bathroom

Good Points: Very welcoming and obliging management couple.
Bad Points: Oooh....the bed! Footboards are no good for those over 6' - it's like sleeping in the stocks!

We therefore booked a room for 4 as this did state en-suite. The manager informed us that all rooms are en-suite.

Further Comments: Owners nice and friendly and willing to help with a good local knowledge, if looking for a place to stay in Bridlington this would definately be my first choice of hotel

Good Points: The room was very clean with a good shower and tv etc. The offer of free dvd's was a nice touch.
Bad Points: Not a criticism as such, but drapes/curtains on the four poster bed would have made it more special.
Further Comments: From arrival to depature the service was of an excellent standard. The location was good for the town without being too close. The proprietor could not have been more helpful with his knowledge of the area, the friendly atmosphere and of course his excellent breakfast sets you up for the day.
