| Good Points: The staff were very friendly and helpfu, especially with travel arrangements. The room including ensuite was very clean.The beds were comfy. The TV had a wide range of TV & music channels. Breakfast was also very nice and plenty of it. |
| Bad Points: The room although very clean was a little on the small side, and the entrance in to our particular room was very awkward, especially with our heavy cases. The shower was a little disappointing as it was not very powerful and the temperature was tempramental. |
| Further Comments: The cleanliness of a hotel is a major factor when I travel and here I could not fault it. The staff were very approachable, helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble - this makes a big difference when you are unsure of the area. |

| Bad Points: The bedroom was very small, although adequate for my needs. |
| Further Comments: Although a very small hotel, I found it to be clean and well run; nothing seemed to be too much trouble. My bedroom had twin beds but realy was only lage enough for a single bed. |
