| Good Points: cleanliness. Had everything need for a pleasant stay, as well as nice outlook. |
| Bad Points: nothing apart from washbasin tap needed a new washer! Reported to cleaner on way out |
| Further Comments: Excellent. When visiting family, nearby, good clean, inexpensive, but quality accomodation. We plan to use this service on a regular basis. |

Evening staff at the attached golf club seemed to resent our late presence. Food service stops around 9 - 9:30 (including desert) - having drinks after, we were made very aware the staff have to wait for to leave before they get to go home. |

The rooms and bathrooms are lovely and clean. The facilities were good and the water purification system is a good idea. |
| Further Comments: This is a decent place with good accommodation for a short stay. The location is quite remote and the entrance is fairly concealed from the busy road so I battled to find it. The dinner and breakfast service was fairly slow but we managed to help ourselves to utensils and condoments we needed. Overall its a good place. |

| Good Points: Quiet, peaceful location. Hotel is set back from bar/restaurant/club house. |
| Further Comments: The hotel is set in a quiet and peaceful location and is seperate from the bar/restaurant/club house. Room was clean and well maintained, if a little on the small side. The only warning I would give for other visitors is to be on the lookout for the entrance, as there is no prior warning on the road and the entrance sign is not very well lit at night. |

| Further Comments: Was pleased with all aspects of our visit from booking to departure. We were arriving late in the evening and the hotel kept staff on too check us in. We arrived later than predicted due to traffic on the M25 and the staff were not only waiting our arrival but had been phoning our mobile to check our progress. The accomodation is extremely good for the price; clean, comfortable and quiet. |
