Good Points: it was clean and tidy if a little worn out,the staff were friendly and courteous, and the breakfast was very good!
Bad Points: the only gumble was its a little way out for the nightlife of morecambe, but if your after a quieter place to stay then its ideal
Further Comments: generally the hotel was pleasant,clean and tidy and good views across the bay, the overall condition of the hotel is a little bit tired and needs modernising in certain areas, but is still acceptable. the standard of breakfast was very good, cant comment other than this as did not eat here other than brekkie.

Good Points: The large welcoming lounge & bar area
Bad Points: Lights above the bed not working
Further Comments: I thought the hotel was spacious, the room it self was on the small side but as i was only staying 1 night this was not a problem.The room had a lovely sea view with the hills of the lake district in the distance. The breakfast was good though the staff seemed a little bit out of sorts on the morning, not in a nasty way just seemed that they were run off their feet though the hotel was not too busy.Overall though i & my partner enjoyed our brief stay.

Further Comments: Overall our stay was nice enough. We would like to find hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee as we dont drink tea and coffee, and we are sure other people would like more choice.

Bad Points: Overpriced compared with other similar establishments.
Further Comments: Staff friendly and I have no complaints about the service but the price was high compared to similar local establishments which I have used previously.

Further Comments: I would have liked to have known that there was a lot of road noise at the front of the hotel, and that the windows were not double glazed.

Good Points: manager friendly and helpful: Room clean although could do with some updating. Good size family room
Bad Points: The smell when you enter the premisses it is of stale food: It was off putting although the bedroom did not have this problem.

Good Points: Room and toilet very clean.
Bad Points: Television was very old, wouldn't work properly, no remote + placed onto a VERY LOW stand in a corner of the room, couldn't be watched from bed. Big improvement required on this one!
Further Comments: The hotel was not bad, but in the area better value for money can be easily found.
