Good Points: A very clean place to stay and staff are very helpful.
Further Comments: The room was very clean and Mrs Baker was very helpful, when we asked if we could have breakfast at 6..30 in the morning as we had to be at an event early, she was more than happy to do so.Also when we asked for directions to a place she printed out the directions from her computer .

Good Points: Large spacious clean bright room. All facilities in good working order. With a freeview set top box which we've not had before.
Further Comments: A very nice family run hotel in a very quiet area. Even with other people and children in the hotel it was still very quiet. The staff made us feel very welcome, and they were all very helpful. Breakfast was particularly a pleasure.

Good Points: The owners/staff were very welcoming and friendly, close proximity to the town centre.
Bad Points: The bedding itself and surfaces were clean but the rest of the hotel seemed to need a good clean.

Further Comments: When booking the accomodation we didn't realise we were actually staying in Boscombe. This area is quite 'dodgy' and we were told not to walk around late at night. Bournemouth was about ten minutes away and much better.

Good Points: Hotel generally clean, staff friendly and breakfast great.
Bad Points: Very dated hotel and far more like a B+B than a hotel. Limited amount of staff and service. Very expensive for what it was!
Further Comments: This hotel was in a great location for Boscombe, the seafront and the Opera House nightclub. My partner and I, along with other guests, thought that the hotel was very overpriced for the condition of the hotel and the service available due to the small size of the hotel.

Bad Points: The smell of the hotel and the dampness of the room. Our clothes were slightly moist after the night in the hotel and the poor excuse for a shower in the corner of the room which had no light in it was a disappointment.

Further Comments: excellant value for money. do not expect the formalities of a three star hotel, however, pleasant staff and no noise, very peaceful. have booked again for next week.
