Good Points: Spacious roomy accomodation. Warm & inviting.
Bad Points: There were no eating facilities. It would help if there was a small table & a couple of chairs in the kitchen.

Good Points: Everything I needed was there - cooking facilities etc and the bed was massive
Bad Points: Quite thin walls and in the morning there was somebody playing the oboe next door!

Good Points: just the location i suppose
Bad Points: big issue is the bedroom its too cramped especially if your like a 15stone athelete it kinda gets diffucult to move around plus the bed is too soft had to sleep on the setee bed were had to stay in one poistion all night so bed messed it totally up plus no space for air so in the nights it gets boiling
Further Comments: as above really dont think would go there again only if i know more space for sleeping and cooler

Good Points: just the location i suppose

Good Points: The appartment was very nice, modern and clean
Bad Points: Not being able to lock the door when we were inside.
Further Comments: There was not much interaction with the receptionist when I booked in and there was a lack of information on local transport and restaurants. Especially as the restaurant attached to the apartments looked nice but we were not able to get in as you needed to book. Also I was not informed that the money for the accommodation would be taken when I checked in not when I checked out.

Good Points: The appartment was very nice, modern and clean
Bad Points: Not being able to lock the door when we were inside.
Further Comments: There was not much interaction with the receptionist when I booked in and there was a lack of information on local transport and restaurants. Good Points: The layout of the appartment was good, the overall accomodation was nice
Bad Points: The shower room was unclean, and parts of the kitchen weer broken.
Further Comments: When we arrived into our appartment the downstairs shower room had an auful smell in it, we thought that it may have been comming up from the drains, However we went and spent ￂﾣ10 on cleaning products and scrubbed the shower room and after that the smell was gone, therefore it hadnt actually been clesned properly before our arrival which was dissapointing and cost us money. Also the front of one of the kitchen drawers was off when we arrived, another camer off during our stay but we fixed it.

Good Points: Great building next to the fantastic Jessicas restaurant. Secure parking was provided.
Bad Points: We'd requested a non-smoking room but didn't get one. The bed was rather small (standard double) and there was no bath, only a small, cramped shower.
Further Comments: The lady I spoke to about my reservation was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room (Jaguar) was well equipped and tastefully decorated. It's in the eaves of the property and the bedroom and bathroom were a little cramped. I'd definately stay in these apartments again, although next time I'll book further in advance to try to get one of the rooms shown on the website. I'd definately be looking for a bigger bed and a bath. Overall, a great, friendly hotel that offers excellent value for money.

Good Points: Clean, comfortable and everything worked. Felt very secure.
Bad Points: Very minimally equipped - no teapot / coffee pot and no mirror other than in the bathroom (bad news for hairdryers!). No bedside light.
Further Comments: I spent less than 12 hrs here but the experience was a bit unnerving. The phone check-in was perfectly efficient but I found it very disconcerting that I didn't see a single member of staff during my entire stay and the level of automation (collection of keys, operation of car park gates etc.) was uncomfortable. If I was less technically competent that I am, a late night arrival would have been spooky. The apartment was comfortable but not that well-thought out (bed area cramped, no bedside table or light)and I was surprised at the sparse level of crockery etc. in the kitchen - although there was a dishwasher and washing machine.

Further Comments: Excellent facilities. Stayed in one bedroom apartment - the Bentley Suite. Home away from home. TV, satellite, DVD, microwave even dishwasher & washing machine present. Wireless internet also available and free. Along with this there was secured free parking. The apartment is within 1 mile of the city centre and bus stop just down the road. Very clean and spacious rooms. Cannot fault this place at all. An absolute treasure and apartment costs around ﾣ70-80 per night. Next time I am in Birmingham I know where to stay. No other hotel comes anywhere near to offering so much for the price. Well done Totel.

Good Points: Space,felt like a home rather than a hotel room.beutiful bath, apartment well decorated.
Bad Points: although it was generally very clean, a couple of things were missed, e.g. food at the bottom of the dishwasher and a sour milk smell from the fridge
Further Comments: The apartment was very comfortable, very quiet and excellent value for money.It had a real bath which makes a change from the tiny ones you get in hotels, and was decorated to a very high standard.the kitchen had everything, even a dishwasher.the checking in process was done over the phone the day before i arrived which was a first, but seemed to work well. the suites are named after cars,(great idea!) all in all the best place i,ve stayed.
