Bad Points: In a very poor state of repair

Good Points: It was very private and we had the oppertunity to eat in and cook our own meals.
Further Comments: The accommodation was incredibly spacious and very private. It was clean and functional; fully functioning kitchen, comfortable lounge, tv's in both lounge and bedroom. Within walking distance to shopping areas, restaurants, cinemas etc.

Good Points: Central position, parking available, clean and tidy, well cleaned and tidied each day.
Bad Points: Large Victorian house -Rooms felt empty, furniture could have been a better standard of comfort
Further Comments: This apartment is in an excellent positon within easy walking distance of Norwich city centre. Everything needed was available in the apartment but better furniture is needed to make it more comfortable for a longer stay. However the bed was comfortable!

Good Points: Within walking distance of the town centre
Further Comments: Quiet roomy apartment close to the city centre. As it was self-catering, it would have been nice to have a tea towel to dry the dishes! Apart from this, everything was fine.

Good Points: Spacious accommodation in beautiful old building, close to city centre. Comfortable bed, very clean and newly decorated.
Bad Points: Collection of kitchen appliances in the garden!
Further Comments: If the accommodation had been furnished in a more contemporary style, or more fully equipped, it would have been out of our price range! Excellent value for money; cafe that is owned by MJB highly recommended also. We'll head for these apartments first next time we stay in Norwich.

Good Points: The apartment is quite roomy and the shower is very good.
Bad Points: The decor - furnishings, carpet, fittings etc. is pretty poor. There was no cooker in the event of a longer stay, and a lack of cutlery were you looking to cook food for yourself on the premises.
Further Comments: The apartments have the benefit of being close to the city centre, which is only about 5 minutes' walk away. The apartment we occupied - 9a - is quite spacious, although poorly furnished and this, together with the decor, let the place down. Recommended only for its close promiximity to the city centre.

Good Points: We stayed in the Beeches Apartment on Unthank Road. Excellent value for money and very spacious accommodation for two people.
Bad Points: Inadequate lighting - couldn't find switches for bedroom central light or hall lights & only one bedside light in bedroom. Had to ask for towels and in the end had to walk back to hotel to collect them.
Further Comments: We were very surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment and its location made it possible to walk into the city centre. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Although it was not possible to open any windows for security reasons the high ceilinged rooms meant it was not too hot despite the high temperatures outside. There is a step in the hall up to the kitchen which is a safety hazard and should be colour edged - I tripped up it many times!

Good Points: The spacious nature of the accomodation
Bad Points: There was a need for the apartment to have a good lick of paint.Step between hallway and kitchen could be dangerous. Temperature control on the shower was dificult to get constant.
Further Comments: Accomodation as a whole was very good and we would not hesitate to use it again. The apartment was spacious and ideal for a weekend stay.

Good Points: The accommodation was spaceous, with good facilities and near to local services.
Bad Points: Breakfast facilities too far from accommodation. If the weather had been poor, it could have been unpleasant
Further Comments: We found a blue-mold smelly sandwich in one of the kitchen presses. It appears that it had been there for some time. We also found a knife covered in butter. The staff at reception and in the breakfast room were very helpful and pleasant. Overall the accommodation plus breakfast was very good value.

Good Points: Great price! Good location to city centre.
Bad Points: Dirty bathroom! Body hairs around the sink base, and floor felt dirty throughout.
Further Comments: Carpet and sofa had crumbs on and the fridge wasn't cleaered out before I visited, there were 5-6 items of out of date products, aswell as dirty kitchen knife in cupbaord above sink. Didn't like that I had to walk down the road to check in and check out, also, breakfast was awful! everything left under very hot buffet lamps, made utensils very hot to handle and food all had a skin over it!

Good Points: I liked the location and the apartment looked nice and had a lot of space. The staff was also helpful.
Bad Points: The cleaning was kind a superficial, looked nice enough at once, but if you looked closer, you would see things like dirt and hair behind the sink, etc. The bathroom didnﾒt have anywhere to place the towels or other things you would need one a bathroom. Only the sink and it was small and didnﾒt have room for anything else than the toothpaste.
Further Comments: When we came to the apartment, we where positively surprised with the place. It was bigger than we expected and that's nice when you have a child. During our stay, we found some beauty faults, but nothing of great importance.

Good Points: The fantastic town house design, away from the central BEECHES control, PARTY!!!!
Bad Points: The lack of food in the kitchen, but i didnt expect there to be any!
Further Comments: I was very suprised when i saw the accomodation, great great stuff.

Good Points: It was clean.
Bad Points: Stayed in apartment 9A - there was a radiator in every room bar the bedroom. It was freezing. Outside the window it seemed there was some kind of marathon taking place on the gravel as all through the early morning people dashed past, crunching and spraying the gravel. This, understandably, was not the most peaceful way to wake up after a cold night's sleep on a Sunday morning.
Further Comments: I would have liked to know that breakfast was before 10 am. It's a Sunday. The Beeches should serve breakfast until midday like every other hotel on the continent.
