Good Points: the location was fantastic, the apartment was very large
Bad Points: the staff were rude, i could not have a lat check in so they demanded payment or cancel my booking! also there was no hot water at all so had to go out half clean!
Further Comments: i have answered it in he questions above, everything from active hotels was fantastic, however i would have liked to of known about not being able to have a late check in

Good Points: The hotel was very clearn and modern, with extremely large rooms. The location is perfect for the M.E.N, printworks and Ardale and is opposite a NCP car park.
Bad Points: The clearning staff where very pushy to get you out your room, and there was no hot water in the morning(this reason is unknown). The staff at reception refuse to answer the phone, but there overall atuitude is good.
Further Comments: The hotel and location are great. The staff are adequate. I would think of staying again, but look for a cheaper hotel first (with hot water).

Good Points: The apartment was clean, neat and spacious. Location was perfect for the MEN arena and the rest of Manchester. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again if heading to Manchester.

Good Points: unfussy accomodation
Bad Points: Booked for 4 male adults and assumed there were 2 sofa beds in the living room, there was no spare linen and only 2 seat sofa, consequently 2 people ended up sleeping one one night the sofas with a bad back to show for it.
Further Comments: Generally very good, a simple way off staying somewhere without the fuss o a conventional Hotel, or the price. Recommend Sofa beds for all living rooms.

Further Comments: Overall the apartment fulfilled our needs. It was clean and well presented with a great location for getting to all the main attractions of Manchester. The flexibilty of a two bedroomed apartment coupled with a kitchen and seating area was ideal for our group.

Good Points: The accommodation was in a great location and was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were very clean and modern. Also the secure car parking was a bonus.
Bad Points: There was nothing I disliked about the accommodation.

Bad Points: Burns marks on bedroom carpet looked really tatty, one bedside light didn't work, old towels.
Further Comments: Good position. Standard of accommodation perfectly adequate. Kitchen equipped with minimum but all we needed for light meals- perhaps salt and pepper, washing up liquid etc could be provided.

Good Points: Our premier apartment was two bedrooms and it was spot on, we came to manchester for the weekend and a concert and we enjoyed every second,thanks f Everything, the apartment had all we needed and was very clean.
Further Comments: We had nothing to complain about, we came to premier apartments for the weekend and to see a concert, everything went great and we would book the apartments again, thanks to you all.

Good Points: Clean, roomy, good selection of crockery etc.
Further Comments: Great location in Northern quarter, parking across road in really nice NCP altough I think they also might have parking? Good cafe next door for breakfast. Great value, no hassle with checkin check out, could select a smoking apartment which was great

Good Points: The facilities are excellent and they upgraded us to a two-bedroomed apartment. The next day, the water wouldn't heat up so they moved us to another room. We expected a one bedroomed as we had originally booked, instead we got another two-bedroomed but with a balconey this time! Maybe it DID overlook the building site next door, but the breeze and sound of the falling rain was welcome all the same.
Bad Points: It's really good,nothing to complain about apart from the cd players don't play mp3 discs, but we knew that anyway, due to a previous stay.
