Further Comments: It was comfortable and very clean. Everything we needed was provided, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was within easy reach of everything we wanted to visit. The level of heating was easily adjusted if required and we were not disturbed by any noise. We would thoroughly recommend it

Further Comments: A very secure building in a convenient location, with secure parking by prior arrangement. Lovely modern spacious rooms - our apartment had open plan lounge / dining / kitchen with digital tv and hifi; all mod cons (comfy sofas, dishwasher, fridge, wifi etc. etc.). Beds very comfortable, our two-bedroom apartment had one bedroom with en-suite, plus a main bathroom. Seemed to be well sound-proofed as our stay was very quiet. All the staff were very polite, efficient and friendly. Normal checkout is 12:00 so you don't have to rush out like you do in some hotels. Our only minor problem was that the tv in our lounge, when used on digital channels, decided to occasionally keep switching channel all by itself; but I'm sure this was a one-off problem which will have been fixed since we reported it. All in all, unless you really feel the need for an on-site restaurant / bar / swimming pool (and there's no shortage of the first two, at least, within a short distance of this hotel) then this is truly great value for money. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Good Points: the hotel was fantstic, very well kept and modern!!!
Bad Points: nothing apart form a light switch didnt work bt that had no effect to me what so ever
Further Comments: definetly would book this hotel again, if their are any special offers u cn offer me for week end i would b delighted 2 accept them, but i well definetly be bak again, many thanks stephen.

Good Points: The location was fantastic close to the arena and the shops. The apartments were clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Further Comments: These apartments are fantastic if you want to stay close to the shops and to the MEN arena, both of which are a 2 min walk away. The apartments are very well equipped and very smart. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. We were so impressed by them that we are planning to stay again very soon.

Further Comments: Excellent location for venue with the added bonus of secure parking. The only difficulty we had was in finding the apartments and dealing with all the one way streets.

Bad Points: The corridor carpet was a little on the grubby side.
Further Comments: We will definately be staying again, very central location, 5 mins from the arndale, brilliant when its raining! Everything we could have needed, staff very friendly, would choose this over malmaison any day (or any hotel)

Good Points: Large fully equipped apartment, felt like a being at home rather than being in a hotel.
Bad Points: We asked for a non smoking room but were given a smoking room and it absolutely reaked of cigarettes. Really quite unpleasant for two non smokers. We really needed to keep the windows open but it was too cold to do that. On complaint the hotel said that they can't guarantee a non smoking room which for the price we paid I don't think is on.
Further Comments: Although expensive the room had everything you could possibly need, shame about the smoking room.

Good Points: the location was fantastic, the apartment was very large
Bad Points: the staff were rude, i could not have a lat check in so they demanded payment or cancel my booking! also there was no hot water at all so had to go out half clean!
Further Comments: i have answered it in he questions above, everything from active hotels was fantastic, however i would have liked to of known about not being able to have a late check in
