| Further Comments: I thought the room was very nice and modern but the position of the tv was in such a position that you could not see it clearly when lying down. I was staying in room 15. |

| Good Points: Staff were very helpful, when you can actually find them i.e. at reception! Natasha is very attractive! |

| Bad Points: no lift, hotel and rooms need air conditioning, they know this-there are fans in the rooms, no hair dyer, no phone, need clock for wake up alarm |
| Further Comments: Had to move rooms 3 times, 1st room ,internal, was not informed of this at reception, no windows, only skylight with no blinds, 2nd, TV did not work, was promised replacement, nothing done, 3rd room ok but had to have fan on all night, it was stiffling [it was NOT a hot night outside]
