Good Points: location, view, spaceand facilities
Bad Points: had previously ben a smoking room and odours still lingered
Further Comments: Spa facilities excellent. Lcation made it easy to access local places of interest. Overall a very relaxing and pleasurable stay.

Good Points: Lovely surroundings, staff were very helpful.
Bad Points: room was above a car park - so very noisy as guests left - up until about 2am.
Further Comments: Good website, easy to book and local to the Rose Bowl, which was the purpose of our visit. checking in and out times were given on confirmation email, so we feel we had all the information we needed before arriving. We would actively look for a Best Westen hotel when travelling again.

Good Points: Friendly. helpful staff. Clean and comfortable accomodation.
Bad Points: Overall state of repair of the building, grounds and equipment was poor. Afternoon teas served in the garden had not be cleared away by breakfast the next morning.
Further Comments: Nice hotel, good location. Overall satsifactory. On-line booking worked well.

Good Points: The spacious room and the view
Bad Points: The bathroom was a bit worn
Further Comments: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The evening we ate in the dining room the service was very good and added to the experience. The food was also good and value for money. A minor criticism the desserts were rather ordinary but the cheese looked good.

Further Comments: dissapointed that children and residents are restricted to use of pool at certain times staff were exellent in all departments will deffinately return particullaly impressed with breakfast great selection which catered for everyone and was well prepared

Good Points: The value for money was excellent, the room was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The spa was peaceful, beautifully decorated and clean with very few people there, it wasn't over crowed either.
Bad Points: The only downfall was our bathroom had a leak and we had to move rooms. The staff were professional and very good but the room wasn't as stunning as the room before. Still nice and very clean but that was only part which was disappointing.
Further Comments: Well worth a visit if you want a peaceful weekend spa break away from the noise and business of life. The grounds were well kept, the food was lovely and overall a very pleasing time.

Good Points: We had a large non-smoking room (as requested)with a beautiful view
Bad Points: The shower was not particularly good (could do with updating) and the room was a little dark and too warm
Further Comments: I find Botleigh Grange to be a comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Howver, I do find that some of the furnishings and fitments are in need of updating/replacement
